Worst food delivery app
What an absolute disaster. Between the exorbitant $26 delivery fee and an app interface that feels like it’s straight out of the 90s, the experience was poor from the start. To make matters worse, my order never arrived. When I requested a refund, they shortchanged me by $1.32, and despite their confirmation email stating it would be processed immediately, I’ve had to chase them repeatedly. Even after multiple calls and emails, I’m still waiting for my money. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this app.

Didnt work
Doesnt work with location services off. Constant errors. Had to delete app. What a shame. I like to support aussie new starters at uber and doordash are rips offs with mark ups.

Amount deducted but no order placed. Waiting for support to contact me after i left voicemail as they did not pick up the call.
Do not use
Do not use this app!!! Use the restaurants original website. This company calls and orders for you. I arrived for Pizza and they hadn’t started making them. Everyone looked confused until they worked out it was from this stupid app! Lesson learned🤬 No stars!!

AI could produce a better app than this. I can’t believe they let them list this on the App Store.
Terrible usability
User interface is terrible. It’s hard to find restaurants and wouldn’t work with Apple Pay for me. If I owned a business I would switch to a different service.

Tracking
Keeps asking for “tracking access”, whatever that means. I went into my settings for the app and everything is turned on, so I’m not sure what they’re after.

Not user friendly. Hard to search restaurant I was looking for.
AVOID
App keeps wanting my location - no way. I set it to Only when using, but apparently that’s not good enough and they need it set to Always. No thanks. You don’t need to know where I go and what I do, just give me my fking food. Terrible app. Just use the website or call the restaurant. Don’t trust this company at all. No other food app requests location data like OzHunter. Uninstalling

Fraudulent company
Do not use! They will overcharge you and your food will never arrive. It’s a call centre based out of India - do not use!!
Useless
Was prompted to get the app when in the browser. The app kept wanting to turn tracking on and few seconds, it kept reloading and couldn’t find the resturaunt I was ordering from in the browser. In the end the resturant never got my order despite confirmation emails and a receipt.

Poor app
The app is slow and it would not recognise my discount code. The store only takes online orders through the app. Terrible. If the food at the restaurant I ordered from wasn’t so good I would not use it.
App works and is easy to use
I used this app for the first time tonight to order a pizza. The app clearly displayed the restaurant’s menu and options. Ordering was simple, and I got a sign up discount. The process worked seamlessly, and my pizza was ready on the dot.
My only reservation is that the app tells me it requires tracking access, but I don’t see why and haven’t allowed that. Location while using the app, ok.

Restaurant closed but they took my money
Just ordered food from Biryani palace in west end QLD via the app, they took my money and confirmed the order was accepted and would be ready in 45 minutes. Just turned up and the place was closed…..really bad first experience using the app.
Something fishy
It’s an app without clarity- what they charging. No option for paying cash, both credit cards and debit card have 1.99% surcharge, other pay options is PayPal but 2.99% surcharge ( is it legal in Australia??) not only that they round up the figures to the next digit for example I bought food for 54.45AUD plus 1.99% surcharge for credit card- on the final payment option it’s 56AUD don’t know why . Something is not right

Cannot find restaurants available on web service
A Restaurant I like recommends this as there booking provider. So I say yep go through download and attempt to place an order and the restaurant is not even visible within the app? Why is it available in a web hook format but not within the app .. this is very poor UX

I have always had a good experience using this app. Prefer to use these guys over the other competitors. Always support local.
