Payment Method won’t stick
I had a payment method saved and set as default. When the release hit, I clicked Buy Now… no payment method selected. Lost out on the release. Frustrating.
First time user
I wanted a fabulous beer from Boiler Brewing in Lincoln and was able to order it easily.
Log in??
Fix the app. Why can’t I log into it???
Help and faq buttons don’t work.
Most of the time the app works but when you run into issues the FAQ and contact support buttons don’t work. Is that intentional?
No Customer Service
Reached out to OZNR twice regarding issues with a sale. They have yet to even acknowledge an effort to contact them. Would not recommend this app as they do not care nor support about their customers.

Software glitches
Software glitches still exist; frustrating during hot releases that sell out in a few seconds. Lost out on multiple releases due to freezing and Page resetting issues.

Mobile app will not add a payment method after numerous attempts.

”Select Payment” should not be coming up
Terrible for Quick Draw Releases
The app used to work great but over time it has literally fallen apart.
No longer receive notifications for anything. New listed items, upcoming releases, winning notifications, nothing. Reinstalled the app, double checked notification alerts in app and through the phone.
Payment information is never available even though it is clearly saved within my account info. “Buy Now” turns into manually selecting or loading payment info, which takes too much time for special releases and defeats the purpose of having payment info preloaded, and releases are gone before any chance was had.
This app used to be great, and still is for offers that linger for a long while, but has severely gone sideways over time.

Buggy app
Buggy app, even if you only have a single stored credit card and attempt to “buy now”, it freezes on high volume sales. I’ve missed multiple high volume sales because of it. Eventbrite it much smoother.
The whole ‘buy now’ and ‘payment method’ thing
If I have only one method of payment, it should be automatically ‘selected’ and I shouldn’t be asked to choose one. Which leads to ‘buy now’-when I hit ‘buy now’, that should be it…but it isn’t. I’m then asked to select payment (of which there is only one) and by that time, the item is gone.
OZNR where they screw you on the Release
There system cannot handle fastest finger releases…the system gets overwhelmed and does dumb things like asking you to verify your payment method even when you only have 1 card on file. Those couple of seconds will cause you to miss out on great beer.
VIP was sold out but the app didn’t say that
When something sells out, remove it from your inventory for that event.
Or mark it as sold out.
Or something that says “hey you stop trying to buy this”.
Or mark it as sold out.

So far, so good. Super easy to order and pick up beer. Hope it stays this way…

I’ve been loving the App since it was Craftcllr. Great way to get beers not in your backyard. The ability to add proxies, get brewery memberships, event tickets and the cool lotteries
