The app is down more than it’s up. This makes it inconvenient if you’re trying to check your balance. It also has a habit of discarding your password.

Works Well
The new app works well. It does not always seem to be as current as it should be.
Too much security
My Face ID should be enough. Every single time there’s two factor, and every third or fourth time have to re input password.
Ozona Bank
Best Bank, Staff is friendly at all locations with emphasis on all the staff in San Marcos. The attention to details and stop charges on erroneous charges in the past has saved me hundreds! Had my bank card compromised several years ago while on deployment, received a new one within 7 days!! Love Ozona!!
