P-COUNT is an accountability cascade application with the ability to receive messages from the web platform which sendspush notification in the event of a major incident.It notifies and updates the administrator (PLSO) that the notification has been received and read.A contact list is accessed within the application with a functionality to update the administrator with the accountability progress.
