登録サロンが消えました。

登録していたサロンが突然消えて、もう一度QRコード発行してもらって登録しようとしても、すでに登録済みですとなってしまう。アンインストールしても同じ。
AppleのSNSでログインしています。
サロンと連絡出来ずに困っています。何とかしてください。

初期設定に戻されました

何故かログイン画面になっていて、ログインしたら初期設定にされてしまった。ただ次の予約をしたかっただけなのにサロン設定も出来ず、どうすればいいのかわからない。元に戻してほしい。

勝手にログアウト

急にログアウトしていた。
パスワードを忘れていてメアドに
送信しても全く届かない。
何年も使っていて初めてこんな事
になった。何とかしてほしい。
