Works Well, But…
Why is SBB not supporting ParkMobile or ParkingPay or other excellent parking apps used all over Switzerland? Did we need another custom app?

Not consumer friendly
I purchased a parking time for 3 hours. I came back after 1.5 hours and wanted to get the rest of my parking reimbursed. At that location parking is charged by the hour. So I was expecting to get 1 hour back. But unlike other parking apps, this one doesn’t allow that. C‘mon. Make it consumer friendly! So be aware that this app may rip you off!

Malheureusement l’app P+Rail n’accepte pas les cartes AMEX - American Express. C’est dommage. Notons que les apps CFF SBB acceptent ces cartes sans problème.

Won’t let you buy parking passes passes anymore
The app has now discontinued its main function: buying parking passes. Even on the website it says you can still easily buy them in the app but you can’t. How does that make sense?
Ease of use is amazing
Multiple languages as well as favorites make this app a dream to use

I parked at Chur SBB for a train to zurich and could not easily find the SBB location in the app. Also, my inadvertently selected a ticked for 12sfr when I needed 4 days…he clicked and the transaction for 12 went through but I could not refund the erroneous transaction.
