I cant get this to w pop ok at all. Ive followed all instruction s but no luck. Please advise.

So far haven’t set it up, I have be playing with this for over an hour.Wont let me reg, tells me uid has to be 20 characters, and i scan it in.On top of all that who can read the print too _\|#% small .Had to take a picture of it and blow it up.

Care when downloading the browser plugin on windows desktop. AV program flagged virus detected and blocked download. Based on that cannot trust giving iOS program access to my network storage and camera.......

Looks good but impossible to connect
Setting up the account is simple but unfortunately the software will not find the camera even though it is working and visible on the network. Manual installation is no good either because it expects a 20 digit cloud id but the escam unit has a 16digit number...?? Yet the manufacturer recommended this software. The worst thing is there is no support or FAQ for this software which makes it practically impossible to troubleshoot.
