I cant get this to w pop ok at all. Ive followed all instruction s but no luck. Please advise.

So far haven’t set it up, I have be playing with this for over an hour.Wont let me reg, tells me uid has to be 20 characters, and i scan it in.On top of all that who can read the print too _\|#% small .Had to take a picture of it and blow it up.
How do you set this thing up it’s just terrible and I bought 2 of them.Want to rate it 0 STARS but have to put one down.Boy do I feel RIP OFF!

This app is working great on the first day.
This app has helped me with keeping an eye on my family all the time. I know also what my pet is doing.

I keep trying to make an account but is says not reachable I can’t use the WiFi ability if this is the case I could have just bought the cheaper model

Virus notified in download
Care when downloading the browser plugin on windows desktop. AV program flagged virus detected and blocked download. Based on that cannot trust giving iOS program access to my network storage and camera.......
Looks good but impossible to connect
Setting up the account is simple but unfortunately the software will not find the camera even though it is working and visible on the network. Manual installation is no good either because it expects a 20 digit cloud id but the escam unit has a 16digit number...?? Yet the manufacturer recommended this software. The worst thing is there is no support or FAQ for this software which makes it practically impossible to troubleshoot.

Software won't work. Antivirus says that it has a virus and deletes the windows plugins and application.
Doesn't even let you create an account!
Keep saying no network found even when you're trying to create an account
