It don’t recognize my id or password
can’t login. it doesn’t work.
I bought two cdm cam.This app is the only sofrware that works with cdm cams. But the app doesn’t work.l can not login. I think the server is down.Please solve the problem or recommend alternative app.

I have changed network suppler and now can reconnect the camera does not give me local camera to select even when hard wired to wifi poor quality of picture and sound

This app is the worst app I’ve ever used. I feel ripped off as the camera itself is ok. This app has been set up by rouge developer.

They have no point of contact for technical support. I can’t get it to work.
This app is totally useless from an I T point of view
For starters it does not control the cameras as advertised. it will display the camera and that’s it . You have no control of ip addresses so unless you have a dhcp network forget it . The app will not login in to the camera just keeps sending a pop up saying check your network settings . It will however format your sd card but be careful more then 3 times and your brand new sd card is inaccessible. It will only show one camera at a time due to the ip login failures so every camera has an IP address if 1

Garbage/ Horrible
This product/ software is straight garbage. The best thing about this order is truly the box that it comes in. I could never get it to connect much less anything else. I reset my phone just Incase this bootleg software left something behind. People please don’t waste your money on purchasing these cameras or software. As the saying goes... you get what you pay for. The V380 pro app shows camera when I’m outside but when I use this app it don’t please update so it does I don’t know why my seller mix 2 V380 pro cam and 3 p2p cam they look the same but I can’t connect to the different app

The gadget is so cute and handy however, There are times when i could hardly connect to network.. it is disconnected most of the time...kindly enlighten me on how to resolve my issues. Thanks and more power
