Unhappy with new update
The new update has no map view and only allows me to see the houses in list view. I think this is a terrible UI decision.

Very well designed app that is very functional. It allows our family to enjoy many experiences. Thank you!
Drained my battery
Wasn’t even using it and in the background used tons of battery making my phone run hot
Adding your stay to your calendar
When you go into a stay details, you can’t add the stay to your calendar from the app. Thefeature is there but nothing happens

We will investigate the problem on our end and encourage you to contact us at ownerfeedback@pacaso.com for help with this or any other concerns. One reason this could happen is if the Pacaso app was denied permission to your calendar. To restore permission: open the system Settings app, search for Pacaso and then select it, and then adjust the Calendars setting.
Second homeownership the easy way
We've been using the app and pacaso for about two years. It's wonderful. We've so enjoyed having a share in a second home, a large place where we can invite several families or several family members and have a great weekend away in a beautiful spot with a beautiful pool without having to worry about maintaining the home or finding an Airbnb or hotel. The place always looks great. We’ve loved getting to know all the good places to eat in a new part of the state. The staff at Pacaso are so helpful, hardworking, and competent. It’s a very well-run company.

Just bought a 2nd!
I was so impressed with the experience from the first purchase in Malibu I made with Pacaso, that I bought a second in my tire!
Great idea but too many extra costs
Looked up property in Lake Tahoe:
2.5 million (1/8=320,000
1/8 share cost 410,000
Almost 100k in mark up costs 65k (furnishing, interior design costsx8=500k)
45k purchase fee
That does not include finance costs, maintainence etc.
But 30% mark up in fees makes it hard to break even from day 1
Anyway better to save your money but better than a time share.

Monday - Sunday?
Big fan of Pacaso — I consider it one of my best investments. Loving the improvements in the app. But confused by why the calendar is defaults to a Monday to Sunday view of the weeks? (I just found the setting to change)

I’m a big fan of this company’s mission as they are making serious strides in helping people find their dream homes at an affordable price. Keeping that in mind, it came as no shock how smooth and easy to use this app is. This app was not just built for potential home buyers to scroll through beautiful homes(...while I do that anyway...)
