About

Pace Clock Plus puts a pace clock for every lane in your pocket and on your wrist. Program each lane's practice once, tap Play, and every lane runs on its own interval automatically. No more calculating odd send-offs off the wall clock. You can glance at your Apple Watch instead. BUILT FOR COACHES - Up to 5 lanes/groups at once, each with its own name and color - Blocks of sets: reps and intervals, repeated for as many rounds as you like. For example, 4 rounds of 2×100 on 1:30, then 2×25 on 0:30. - Ladders: have each rep's interval step up or down by a set amount, such as 1:30, 1:25, 1:20… - Count-up or count-down clocks for each set - Duplicate a lane to build similar lanes with slightly different intervals - Each lane advances through its whole practice by itself, then shows a clear "set complete" APPLE WATCH - Two lanes at a time with large, bold clocks you can read at a glance - Pick which two lanes to show from the lanes on your phone - A haptic tap at each interval rollover - Always-On display, and clocks keep running with your wrist down - Build and edit blocks and sets right on your watch with the Digital Crown - Syncs with your iPhone TALK TO YOUR SWIMMERS, THEN GO - Pause a lane to talk to your swimmers, then step Back, Next Rep or Play, so you can start the clock exactly when you call the next send-off. SYNC TO THE WALL CLOCK - One tap nudges your running lanes to the nearest 10-second mark. It doesn't change the rep or set. This corrects drift over long blocks. SCOREBOARD MODE - Mirror an iPad or iPhone to your pool scoreboard in a full-screen, high-contrast view with huge digits. You can also send the scoreboard to an external display while you keep the controls on the iPad. SILENT BY DEFAULT - The phone and iPad stay quiet unless you turn on optional audio cues. Clocks are derived from start times, so switching apps or locking the phone never throws them off.
