Very helpful

I was just diagnosed with ME/CFS and I have been overwhelmed with the process of researching this condition and ways of managing it. I knew I needed to try pacing as a first step but I wanted some kind of structure to help me figure out what to track. This app is exactly what I was looking for. It’s easier to fill out than keeping a log on paper. I really appreciate having different kinds of data, including the consistent ratings as well as the activity journal and the daily evaluation. Thank you to the makers of this app!

Good app with one suggestions

I have been keeping a daily written log since I fell ill. This log was necessary to provide evidence to my gaggle of doctors since most of them questioned my perceptions and memory. The log included time of day for symptoms as well as hours slept, hours worked, activities, medications taken and other measures. The good doctors now want to start my visit by reviewing the log.
I was so pleased to find this app because it gets me 80% of the way to replacing my written log as it is less informative for the big picture view. I especially like the journal since my log short-changed this part for brevity to make it more skimmable by the doctors.
I have a suggestion that would be helpful in replacing my log. The morning, midday and evening sections could benefit by having a separate area for symptoms with a rating scale (overall). The details could be in text. This would help to explain acuity and activity levels as well as provide big-picture insights. It would be helpful if the symptoms could be separate from the journal but not a requirement.
I appreciate the thought put into this easy to use and helpful app. Thanks

Info Disappeared

I was really enjoying this app. I had a few days logged. I would’ve given it five stars... except today I went to log my morning info and ALL of the things I had logged were gone. It was as if I had never used the app before. Like it reset itself. If my info reappears somehow I may update this review... but I am very disappointed. Especially because I paid $1.99 and it really helped me while it still worked. I might still use it even if it doesn’t save my data because it helps me with mindfulness of what I use my energy on.

Asking for refund

Within 4 days lost all data previously logged

Doesn’t work

I was very excited to have a tool to help me track my energy level on the long run. However, I find it to be way too simple as it doesn’t allow to log in symptoms and medications - which are two very important part of my daily routine especially with such an unpredictable illness (the point is to track what is happening so it can be easier to adapt). Even period tracking apps are more useful to log health events. I find the mental/physical/balanced red/yellow/green very reductive and useless as it doesn’t represent the real quality of energy with chronic illness. Lastly, I tried to log for several days and it keeps erasing my records in the same day. For example, I log the morning in and save, then comeback in the evening and everything is gone - even the day before. It could have been a 3 stars at least, but for all these reasons I want a refund. Thank you.
