Pace, speed and finish time in one tap. No menus to dig through, no ads, no sign-up and no prompts to type into a chatbot: change a number and the answer is already there.
BEFORE THE START
• Signing up for a race? Put in your 10K time and see what that pace gives you on a half or a marathon, before you commit to a goal.
• Goal 3:30 at the marathon? See the pace you need for every km and whether it matches your training.
• Triathlon on Sunday? Type the finish time you want and see what each leg has to be, with your own T1 and T2 transition times. Lock the swim you're sure about and watch the bike and run adjust.
• On the treadmill? Enter the speed and incline from the display and see the outdoor pace that takes the same effort.
• In the pool? Pace per 100 m, with the times for 25 and 50 to check against the pool clock at every wall.
• Someone in the club asks "what pace is that?" Three numbers, one tap, done.
WHY PACE TAPE
• Simple: one screen per sport, three numbers, that's it
• Clear: the result is always the coloured card, so you never wonder what is being calculated
• Fast: the answer updates while you type or drag, with no loading and no waiting, even offline
• Honest: free, no ads, no account, no tracking
WHAT IT DOES
• Run: pace per km or mile, with 5K, 10K, half and marathon presets. Outdoor or Treadmill: speed and incline in, equivalent outdoor pace out (the RE3 method, built on lab data from 673 runners)
• Bike: speed in km/h or mph, with Sprint, Olympic, Half and Full distances
• Swim: pace per 100 m or 100 yd, plus the time for one and two lengths
• Triathlon (Σ): swim + T1 + bike + T2 + run in one finish time, from Sprint to Full, with the transition zone times you enter. Type the finish and the legs follow; lock a leg to keep it
MADE FOR QUICK INPUT
• Type times like a stopwatch: 4, 3, 0 = 4:30
• Drag any number left or right to nudge it second by second, with a haptic tick
• Quick chips for common paces, distances and times
• Kilometres, metres, miles or yards in one tap
• Close the keypad with a swipe, a tap outside or Done
• New here? More → How the app works shows every feature right on the screen
