About

PaceWise is a fast, focused running companion for race day and every run in between. Add upcoming races and count down the days: • Set one or more target times, and get a pacing plan to run it — even, or a negative split that finishes faster. • A widget and Home Screen countdown keep race day close. • Afterwards, log how it went and save a new personal best if you earned one. See your readiness based on recent PBs, and track your weekly distance: • Readiness projects your finish from your personal bests, so you know how achievable your target is before race day. • Weekly distance, best week and run streak — a chart of your running, with a widget to see it on your Home Screen. • A long-run check flags a run before a jump gets risky. Use the calculator to plan race day and see what you need to do: • Solve for the third — tap Time, Distance, or Pace and the rest follows. • Any distance — 5K, 10K, Half, Marathon, or your own; choose which ones appear and reorder them. • Splits — cumulative time at every kilometre or mile, including the exact finish. • Personal Bests — log multiple results per distance and see your progression. • Kilometres or miles — switch any time; everything converts. Go deeper when you want to: • Compare your PBs across distances four ways — Riegel, Cameron, VDOT, and PaceWise's own model, blending all your results into a personalised range. • Age-graded bests score your personal bests against the world standard for your age and sex, so a 5K at 45 stands next to a 5K at 25. • Convert treadmill speed to running pace, so the number on the belt matches your run. • Share or export your splits as an image or a print-ready PDF, ready for race day. Make it yours: rearrange tabs and Home cards, add a name and photo to your profile, and back up your data to a file whenever you like. Equivalents and age grades are a guide, not a prediction — a calm read on your form across distances and years, not a promise for race day. Built as a calm, native utility: Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, light and dark mode. Works offline, with no account and no personal tracking.
