If you have international mobile / cell phone it’s not possible to set up app as OTP that’s required only sent to local mobiles.
Non-starter
App doesn’t work. Cannot sign-up/register my new ‘perfect cup’ card using card number.
App display designed so that password entry field is covered by the keyboard..... and cannot scroll. (at least on my old iPhone).

Froze up
The entire login page froze. I deleted and downloaded the app three times. Same problem. Someone needs to review all these negative reviews and resolve all the issues.

Crashes
It takes me out of the app every time I try to sign in. Makes it inconvenient when I forget to bring my card or when I want to check my balance.
Not working after phone upgrade :(
Would give more stars if it continue to work! It was fine on my iPhone 4, but soon as I upgraded my phone to i5, it doesn't work anymore. Crashes everytime I try to login to make purchases, now I need to carry the card again -__-" pls fix thx!
Crashes
Upgraded to iPhone 5 with iOS 6 and the app crashes every time I enter username and password and press 'login'. So I can't use it and have several hundred HKD left on my card! Please fix ASAP!

Worthless
Won't pull location for any store other than one. Apparently only location is Lippo Center Hong Kong, and no others in any other country. Great coffee, lousy app.
lackluster user experience
the biggest issue with the current app is that it's too slow to bring up the we code. it's also not very intuitive. I wish I could more with the QR than just - for example I should be able to order and pay.
