I use this app primarily to deposit business checks. It usually works, but I often get errors about the account numbers not being legible, when they're CLEARLY legible. Really annoying to have to go to the branch to deposit...

This site is the most limited bank site. Can't transfer to other banks or do many things major bank sites can do. This seems like a low budget limited tech way of offering omniverse banking. Also not accurate. I have accounts that show up but no balances when online( not on app) they show balances. Weak attempt at online banking

Terrible app
I use four bank apps: Wells Fargo, BoA, and USAA. PPBI is terrible compared to any of the other three. It’s beyond terrible; I highly recommend any other bank.
App is not intuitive
This app, like the bank website, is not easy to navigate until you know that the programmer used symbols that are not typically associated with their purpose, to direct the user. For example a + at the bottom of the page for “deposit” which if placed on the accounts page makes some sense but is very unclear unless you have figured out that this is how the programmer thinks. It would be better if the programmer considered how people using the app think. Maybe the app is designed that way so a robot cannot figure it out, but I think That is a generous interpretation.

Communication !
Primier should be ashamed of itself making it so hard to communicate with one’s bank via phone. Time to join 20th century. Be there for those who are paying your salaries instead of minimum costs!

Simple Banking for business on the go
Pacific Premier Banks app allows me to quickly and easy complete my banking needs when I am on the go. I am always able to view balances, transfer funds, make a deposit, approve ACH or Wire transfers, and schedule bill payments. This app is very convenient for me to do all my business banking while traveling!!

Better than average banking app because it allows me to approve my Positive Pay exceptions anywhere without my computer.
Nice Banking App
I appreciate the mobile app at Pacific Premier. Really appreciate the mobile deposit function. One area for improvement would be the ability reset password without a phone call into bank.
Worst
This is about the worst bank I've ever dealt with. They totally deleted a number of my automatic payments. They are sending me account information for the person who lived in my home before I did because she happens to have an account at the same place. Their records show that she now lives somewhere else.

Protection Vs prohibition !
Gross misunderstanding of what’s needed by customer, I was told you loose/stolen business credit card can be replaced in 14 days , there is no overnight shipping unlike the major banks who deals with lot more clients. You make a mistake in typing your id/pswd -x3 different times, even over an extended period of time , in total , you have to make a call only during working days, else you get locked. No forgot password button, no customer number , no security questions on that locked page.

Done with this bank
The banks is awful, I have had so many things go wrong. They are always changing online banking and locking me out of my business acct. so very frustrating. I think heritage oaks bank was stupid to be bought out by these dummies.
Never able to log in
Never able to log in, non existent tech support. Very frustrating.
Can't even sign on
It keeps telling me my user ID is invalid. Although I can sign on to the website with the same user ID. Can't use it if I can't sign on.
