This app is really easy to use and send messages to the staff and they will reply. I love this bank a lot because the customer service is so great and everyone actually helps me and the app makes everything very simple

The mobile banking is my go to since I don’t live near PSCU anymore. I have been with them for over 10 years and they ALWAYS took care of me and my finances. Best bank you could ever go with. Especially if you’re a veteran.

I’ve been with the PS credit union for many years. Since I’ve retired, I mostly use online services. They are my go to for car and home loans, various savings accounts with competitive rates. I use their online banking services which simplifies paying my bills including automatic payments. If I have any questions or issues, the staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. quick deposit never works
the quick deposit never works. never. i can take pictures all day then try and do a quick deposit via mobile and the camera won’t even come on. i ALWAYS have to end up driving to the bank and deposit via atm.
Fix Mobile Deposit!!
The app is pretty good, sometimes takes a bit to load. So you need a strong signal or wifi. My biggest gripe is that the mobile deposit feature is absolutely horrible. I have to take a picture of my check and try to submit it 10-20 times with no exaggeration, every single time. I use a dark background have everything lined up and still it says there’s an issue. It seems like I just have to do it over and over till it finally accepts it.

I used to be able print a copy of the check I have written. Now it won’t show the image of checks I made.
Please fix this as I need to make a copy if a jerk I recently wrote.
