Works pretty good you can tracking from a lot of different companies. A lot of different platforms a lot of different countries. It’s pretty spot on when it comes to delivery times and when and where it’s coming from and arriving.

This is a great app that I replaced another tracking app with . It does everything I want with just two flaws . I’ve found that my email app updates before this app does with updates taking sometime to appear after I have received an email . I guess this could be that the auto update in my outlook app had more ‘real time’ ability than the packaged app? The biggest flaw , however, is when I am waiting on a delivery from overseas - particularly USA or Australia. I have found that once the item has reached its final stage in its native country, it will be marked as delivered in the app and be moved to archived packages . In reality , the package is actually travelling from that country to the UK. In order to combat the problem, I’m finding I have to re enter the package information as a new package for it to pick up on tracking once in the UK . A seamless tracking experience, without the temporary glitch , would be much better. Otherwise, it seems to handle any tracking within the UK without any problems and I would recommend it

was having huge issues with a late parcel, and somehow came across this, which actually explained what was going on - so helpful!
Could be better
App works fine, but I wish it had an option to notify you of the progress of the parcel in some way. Also I wish there where no ads.

Had another birthday waiting for it to find a parcel, and the information was days old … other tracking apps I use are much faster and provide real up to date info.

The tracking a lot of the times are 10 + days delayed, whereas other apps will have the current destination/status of package.
No longer updates
I loved this app when I first installed it. Now it no longer seems to be updating and is not accurate at all. The status will stay the same for days, and the information is totally different when you track it on the postal service site. Unless it gets fixed, I don’t plan to renew.
Suddenly stopped working
Such a shame! I loved this app when it worked and used it for many years. You simply entered the tracking number and it knew where your package was. I could have many packages at a time all in one convenient place.
Now it won’t even update. Packages that arrived weeks ago won’t show up as delivered. I have to go to the USPS website to get any useful information.

Best tracking app I’ve used
I’ve been using the Packages app by ParcelsApp for a couple years now and it’s honestly one of the best package tracking apps I’ve tried. It handles international shipments really well, especially carriers like SunYou and other AliExpress/eBay shipping methods that a lot of apps struggle with.
I really like how it automatically detects carrier handoffs, finds secondary tracking numbers, and often updates faster than the official tracking sites. The interface is clean, easy to use, and it has saved me a lot of time over the years.
The free version works perfectly fine, but in my opinion it’s well worth paying for the premium version to remove ads and support the developers. I use it regularly enough that it was an easy decision for me.
Definitely recommended if you order things internationally on a regular basis.

Tracking update delays
Was wondering why the app went from being my fave to being kinda trash at tracking & was only informed via another app 🫠
“USPS has recently introduced paid tracking access for 3rd party apps. They require payments for every delivery tracked.
You will not receive timely updates for your USPS deliveries. They will still be updated but with a longer than usual delay.”
So for anyone wondering why this app is just straight up not reliable now, this may be it smh.
