The tracking a lot of the times are 10 + days delayed, whereas other apps will have the current destination/status of package.

I loved this app when I first installed it. Now it no longer seems to be updating and is not accurate at all. The status will stay the same for days, and the information is totally different when you track it on the postal service site. Unless it gets fixed, I don’t plan to renew.
Suddenly stopped working
Such a shame! I loved this app when it worked and used it for many years. You simply entered the tracking number and it knew where your package was. I could have many packages at a time all in one convenient place.
Now it won’t even update. Packages that arrived weeks ago won’t show up as delivered. I have to go to the USPS website to get any useful information.

Best tracking app I’ve used
I’ve been using the Packages app by ParcelsApp for a couple years now and it’s honestly one of the best package tracking apps I’ve tried. It handles international shipments really well, especially carriers like SunYou and other AliExpress/eBay shipping methods that a lot of apps struggle with.
I really like how it automatically detects carrier handoffs, finds secondary tracking numbers, and often updates faster than the official tracking sites. The interface is clean, easy to use, and it has saved me a lot of time over the years.
The free version works perfectly fine, but in my opinion it’s well worth paying for the premium version to remove ads and support the developers. I use it regularly enough that it was an easy decision for me.
Definitely recommended if you order things internationally on a regular basis.

Tracking update delays
Was wondering why the app went from being my fave to being kinda trash at tracking & was only informed via another app 🫠

You will not receive timely updates for your USPS deliveries. They will still be updated but with a longer than usual delay.”
So for anyone wondering why this app is just straight up not reliable now, this may be it smh.

Best app tobtrack and view progress of packages! So happy with this!!
Status updates too slow
Packages is in principle a good app. However, these days its status updates are very slow and can be days behind the actual delivery status. I have received packages which according to Packages were still in transit while other sites indicated the correct status. This very serious bug needs to be fixed immediately! If not, this app will become useless.

Doesn’t work
I’ve tried logging out logging back in still shows Amazon packages not delivered. Before the packages were showing en route and they already arrived at the facility really slow to update information. This app needs an update soon.

Can’t Trust It
The app takes so long to display tracking updates that you simply cannot trust it. I received a package today that the app still thinks is in a different state. Tracking on the USPS website is fully accurate and says the package was delivered while detailing every stop it made. This app hasn’t updated the tracking in 2 days and thinks the package is still in the next state over. No matter how many times I force the app to reload, the tracking will not update. This app cannot be relied upon for important tracking updates.

This app is great at finding the carrier for a random tracking number, but they no not provide up to date information. The tracking stopped at 4 days ago and UPS is still updating real time.
