A fost cea mai neplăcută experiență pe care am avut-o vreodată cu o firmă de curierat. După ce am selectat ca punct de colectare o locație, mi-au schimbat-o fără a mă anunța în prealabil. Este prima și ultima dată când voi mai folosi această aplicație și această metodă de livrare.

The communication and delivery are both excellent
I went to pick up my package from the locker and opened the compartment. The box seemed suspiciously
I went to pick up my package from the locker and opened the compartment. The box seemed suspiciously light to me, which isn't surprising because it was completely empty. If you want to receive an empty box instead of the item you ordered, this delivery service will help you with that. It's just awful; how can you trust them with your packages after that?

To je hrozné, objednal jsem si balíček ze Z boxu a druhý den si ho nemůžu vyzvednout, protože se krabice neotevírá, psal jsem na podporu a posílal stížnosti přes aplikaci, 0 odpovědí.

When I order things from Poland it arrives somewhere and then for like a week I don’t know if the package even exist also most packages that were lost were with Packeta, I am really trying to avoid it like yeah it’s cheaper (for 10 cents) but for what cost
Scammers alongside Sameday
They just wrote my parcel as a refused package because I haven’t had time to pick up from an easybox ( they gave me 10 hours to pick up) and wrongly wrote that I refused the package! I want la package or my money back asap you scammer company!!!

They lost my package, refuse to refund, force me to solve it on my own with the original seller even though they said that it was their fault. Way worse than a state post service. It was not this bad before. This needs to change!

Dobrý den, prosím, udělejte vaši aplikaci normální, aby ji mohli používat nejen Češi, ale i lidé ze zahraničí, například (já nemohl platit, protože jsem musel mít českou bankovní kartu....)

Doesn’t send sms code . Temu always chooses worst pick up options , today I have to walk 4.5km to get my delivery. Calling them to change ? They are sorry we can’t change your pick up location, USELESS

Add PIN to open the box please
Why can’t we have a PIN for opening boxes?? I ordered my christmas present to be delireved on the other side of CZ and i can’t get there. I have to get other people to sign in with my account on an app they don’t have or want… way to complicated and makes buying present very unpleasant
