Yesterday I played but this morning I go to play and I can’t because it wants me to log in?? I pay for XL and now my game is gone?? What’s up with that?

I’ve played this game since it originated in 2008. I have taken some breaks, it’s so easy to pick up if you know your identification/log in. I love the graphics, the features of stealing and swapping cards. With the paid subscription, additional features of selling cards is essential to keep topping up your credits. There is a sense of community within the players, using a platform on Facebook, there are additional ways to buy and sell cards. (Unrelated to the devs) One thing I do feel aggrieved about though. Is the subscription fee has gone up which I don’t mind paying as I love the game. Cost of living etc. but why hasn’t the features also increased ? Daily credits for log in, still only 10,000 for feating a set. (Since 2008!)I really do think it’s poor thinking for all the loyal players you have. It can be hard to keep up with the game due to lack of credits. Particularly for newish players. I know you have lost players too over this. I’d love to see the game thrive like it did.. more opportunities.
Update. The game keeps having problems with the server disconnecting the game .. which mean we risk losing our cards, stolen by the rats! You need to communicate with us and fix it please.

No idea where to start
Honesty I downloading game there was no tutorial or anything after a few minutes I just deleted in frustration
The arcade…
Feels like a scam. The higher the risk, the higher the reward, that’s the purpose of putting higher bid options. Yet, there are many plenty of times I’ve won more in a game from the smart bids than the higher ones. There’s no consistent winning schematic. It just shoots out random numbers. At the very least, winning solitaire should reward you with more than half of what you paid to play. It costs $100 for 1200 tix. I blew through 1200 tix in flip rat, lost all my tix and not even one flip card. Don’t be fooled by the “win up to 25x” or whatever it is they have on there. You could win that, but after hours and hours, days after days of solitaire and flip, I have never won that much. As all things, the system is set up to make you fail, however, they take no effort in at least making it feel promising. Anyways, don’t waste your money on this game.

My Go-To Game
The cards are beautiful and whenever I think they’re going to run out of ideas for new sets, I’m always proven wrong. You might think it’s impossible to catch up, but there are so many friendly players who want to help! I just wish the in-game forum was used more so I don’t have to turn to facebook to know what’s going on. Anyway….. Play PackRat!

Decent game but kind of glitchy
This is a relaxing kind of game that I’ve been playing for years. For the past 2 months, the iOS app has been glitchy. Even though I’m up to date on my iOS version and this app version, sometimes whenever I pull open the game, it doesn’t go beyond the Packrat screen. Sometimes, it asks me to log on to Facebook however, I don’t use Facebook for my login.

Swipe too difficult
Swipe feature isn't responsive. I preferred it when it was first released. I don't like how the status shrank and the spacing of the cards in my pack doesn't look right in order to accommodate the scrapbook feature, which I will never use.
Thieves
Had played this app since the beginning. All a sudden my account is banned for no reason. All my purchases taken. The devs are crooks. Stay away from this garbage game. It went way downhill since they took over anyways. All about buying now.

Shocked.
13 year player returning from a break. The new interface was a shock and I’m not a fan at all. Can’t play with tablet horizontal, it’s much less intuitive, less responsive, etc. Have loved this game and had a paid account most of my years playing, so it’s really disappointing to log back in to find it now looks and plays like an app a high schooler made for a class project.

Change it back
This game used to be great and so addictive but since this update it is terrible. It can’t switch to landscape mode and the cards and background looks horrible. I just downloaded it again to see if it was any better but no, still the same so I deleted it again. Change it back to its old format please.

It’s a lifestyle
Been playing since it’s birth… it has grown and evolved… it has preserved… it has found way to be free and paid depending on your gameplay or patience. Cooperative play with other members or play on your own pilfering cards from others. Whatever floats your boat! But as a new comer, if you have OCD and “need” to have every set completed….. GOOD LUCK! Definitely fun if you like cool witty artwork and collecting!

I’m back and loving it
I played packrat from the beginning.I recently due to circumstances not related to pack rat had to pause for about two years.I came back just as they were rolling out the new app. I love the app, it works great for me and it’s so easy to click on cards to get extra credits and draw cards.Looking at the beautiful artwork of the cards using my phone, I see such beautiful detail that I hadn’t even noticed before. The set designs are fun and gorgeous. Before I left I only played co-op but I decided to try FFA upon my return and that has added a lot of fun and opportunities for me. Many reviews here are upset about changes that Have been made,But I’m going with the flow and they don’t bother me. I’m back and I’m loving it. I’m so happy to be back. Try it you will love it too.

I have played this game since near the beginning. There have been plenty of changes over the years. Some took awhile to get adjusted to but I always found the game fun. I still do. I look forward to playing another 13 years if the devs will stick with us! Thanks for a great game!!
My Favourite Game
I have been playing this game almost everyday since 2008, except for a short time when it changed ownership and was being redeveloped. I still remember the fun I had in the early days when I selected three cards and they morphed into something new. There are a core number of fans that are incredibly avid. One of the reasons I love this game is that you can set your own priorities and play style. The developers of this game have worked extremely hard in recent months to update the game to new industry standards. The work continues and they are really responsive to the players suggestions. If you are wondering whether to try it, you should give it a try. There’s a wonderful Facebook group waiting to hep you.

I have played this game for almost 13 years now, without interruption. This game is part of my life. With the new updated version, the artwork on the cards shines through. Highly recommend this game!
Best Game Ever
I have been playing since 2008. I have made many friends playing this game. I love the beautiful artwork and creativity of the card sets. Yes there have been changes and while they may not be something that pleases everyone at least the developers are tryin to keep the game going.
Fail.
I played this game since 2009 and am leaving for good. The new version is terrible. Whose genius idea was it to put gold bordered cards on a pale yellow background? Fire them. The old color scheme was vibrant but the new is just blah. The card spacing is odd, most of the packs I followed are gone and not a single aspect of the game improved. No redeemable features to warrant paying let alone playing this.
