no way to test without signing up

want to test and see how app looks but seems to be not possible

Easy to use and convenient

Makes planning my 4WD and overseas trips easy!

You have to pay to see if it’s something you’ll use

A 7 day free trial would go a long way to convert “maybes” to subscribers.

There’s no info on the website for any detail other than “coming soon”. There’s no videos available to see it in use.

The lack of this, plus some of the more recent reviews on top of having to sign up for a month —that auto renews — just to check it out is not really a good selling point.

Til then, I’ll pass.

Great Adventure Planner

This app is super helpful for planning my numerous styles of trip. It’s very user friendly.
For someone with a lot of gear for lots of different adventures it allows me to easily add gear and formulate the packing list.
The meals planner is also really handy for my longer trips and takes away the need for several excel spreadsheets.
The ability to track weights of items and total weight is important and necessary for my caravan trips where I carry a lot of gear for months of travel.
Highly recommend this app for all styles of trip!

Keeps me organised

Was dubious about how useful the app would be for me, but now I have entered all my gear, it makes makes the tedious parts of planning a trip pretty straight forward. The ability to see menus, gear lists and weights is great, plus its opened my eyes to how quickly the total weight adds up

Unusable

Continuous crashing when opening menus. For a subscription app I expected more. All data is self entered with very limited pre-loaded brands. I cannot see why you would pay a monthly fee for something that cannot ever guarantee it’s core functionality.

Seriously great app

This app is genius! Makes organising gear and meal planning super easy whether it is for one or family of 4. Really like the feature that helps keep tab on gear that needs replacing or repaired while travelling. Have used this app for a few trips now and will definitely continue to use it!

Awesome efficiency

Finally, a smart place to plan trips and gear. Thanks Adventure Curated—never fails to deliver excellence

Amazing planner!

A great planning app for adventures, finally. Took me a little while to key in all my kit and info but once done it makes trips so easy to plan. Draft a new trip, add your gear and food, flag what you’ve packed and never miss a thing ever again.

I’m in to 4wd’ing but also bikepacking and keeping track of weights is critical. Also love that I can flag my gear for replenishing (like batteries), or repairing.

Lastly, itinerary! So great and easy to share with friends.

Fly fishing/ fishing and photography

Planning for big away trips in remote areas means you need to take the right stuff for the right target species and location. It’s often not about the big items, it’s the smaller ones that make a difference. If you don’t have the right size and coloured crab pattern for example there is no point in all the rest of the stuff because you won’t hook a fish. This app helps me think and prioritise my gear, so I don’t let myself down

Cool

Response from developer

Hey, sorry Packu didn't hit the mark. If there's something specific we could improve, we'd love to hear it.

Unusable

I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong but I create a trip and then it just disappears?? At the moment total waste of time can I get some help please

Unusable at the moment

Signed up and some significant usability issues exist.
1. every form in gear has no titles, so it’s unusable to fill any info in and therefore unusable to figure out what value this app provides.
2. Search in food delivers no results.
3. Blank screens - go to Trips in main navigation, add a test trip, click on the apple symbol in sun navigation and it goes blank white. Have to force close app to start again.

That’s just my first 5 mins trying to use it.

You can’t hook people on a 7 day trial and then auto pay, if it’s not yet ready for the market. You have launched to early, personally I’d create a beta group to iron bugs out.

Concept sounds good and look forward to you fixing the issues, but it’s not ready on iOS iPhone 13 Pro.

Super organised

For us meal planning has always been left to the last minute. Not any more. Stoked with how we can organise our trip meals and plan for the shop. We’re into hiking, canoeing, 4WDing, fishing and camping. We love all the gear and getting outside. This app is literally another piece of your kit that sorts out, adds up and helps you plan your next adventure. So many cool features.

Very Handy

This is a fantastic app for coordinating your trips and your gear! Provides a very handy GVM alert, that lets you know where your limit is and really opens your eyes to just how quickly your gear adds up.

We also love the future trips planing, with life as busy as it is, it gives us the opportunity to chip away at any of the necessary maintenance or any gear we may need to purchase for the particular trip, rather than a mad rush the week before we need to leave.

The Trip Planner app brings some ease and excitement back to a usually tedious and stressful planning process!

Super Handy

Especially love the gear and meal planning features!

After at least 4 days I still have no account

Good grief, how hard can it be?

Subscribed late last week and still haven't been able to set up an account.

If the whole app is like this I want my money back!

Unable to create an account

This would be a great app, if it had functionality liked wikicamps.

Honestly not sure it is worth the $5 a month, as is
