I just downloaded the app. It’s just a blank white screen like the review from last year October

I can’t get passed the white screen . Delete the app reinstall, same thing , white screen .

Always crash
The app can be opened once. It will give you the white screen the second time you open. Your update does not solve the existing issue. I tried this on multiple devices for 3 months. You need to investigate the root cause and perform some really exceptional UAT prior to releasing the fix. Try again.

Works immediately after Installing, but as soon as it loses focus it breaks and won’t ever be anything other than a blank white screen.

I had high hopes that your last updat worked, but it crashes. What a total waste of time.
Crashes
On downloading, it worked, coming back to it on an iphone 8, and an iPad, it crashes and shows a white screen. I have deleted the app numerous times.
