My first day on the app, I set up my agent to hit a fitness goal. The agent asked me tons of specific questions to really understand my goal. I thought the most important question was when it asked me ‘Why?’. This goes to show that it wants to get to know the person behind the screen and watch me achieve my goals.
It seems like a word jumble at first, but every question it asks you matters in the long run. Once the agent is set, the personalized notifications will get you motivated to complete your goals.
