I love this game, but

When I play it, it’s just as soon as I let go is the of the paddle it just automatically moves like I gotta be able to lift my finger so I can move my paddle again, but it just moves and the game just plays by itself.
Please fix this.

Beautiful classic pong on the watch

The only pong I could find on the watch that is clean and classic. There does seem to be a small bug on the watch where if you drag your finger on the screen it will scroll the whole screen, and then the crown will no longer control the paddle and also scroll the screen. You have to restart the app to fix

Nice idea, BUT…

1. Unable to put game in silent mode. Had my iPhone silenced, but game STILL made sounds. Not good. 2. Old Pong had a play against the computer mode. I was surprised I had to operate BOTH paddles. If both these items were fixed, I’d give it 5 stars. Also, the “App Support” page gives a 404 error - page not found . So much for trying to contact the developer.
UPDATE: The developer got back to me, that the robot is only for the Apple Watch, but could be added to iphone if people like. Shouldn’t let the app be published if it’s not ready.
Would love to see SOMEONE ELSE put forth a PONG app like the OLD pong, where you could truly play in one-player mode.
For added humor - the apple response ( not directly from the developer) is a “no_response” email from Apple. So the email wasn’t from the developer.
And Apple included a “link” to contact the developer - which goes directly to a 404 page not found error.
Plus the developers haven’t bothered to update their 404 page either.
Would re-rate this as -17

best pure pong on App Store

It's obvious that the developer had taken great care to product the purest, simplest take on this classic game concept. What a delight to be able to play it on the whole ranges of devices including Apple Watch!

Response from developer

maybe you'll like the update, not sure what happened with the sound and the robot is only for watch but could also be updated for iPhone if people like.

Can you add a ai for Apple Watch user

And also it crashes when ever you tap on the screen (on Apple Watch)

Really bad

They have not put the work into this app...The bat gets jammed when playing on iPhone...Does not respond well and you will keep missing due to response to your finger on screen...Don’t waste your dollar...You would get more entertainment in screwing up your dollar into a ball and practicing basketball with it...Using the garbage basket as the net...Or just donate a dollar to charity!

Don’t Bother !!!!!

The app locks up and I have to restart my phone to get it to work. You can’t really manage the paddles well...gets frustrating. Waste of a $1. Apple refund !!!!!!!!

Pong by any other name, shall ping as sweetly

I’d forgotten how much fun it was, Pong. Simplicity of design when the original Pong was created was forced by the limits of the available technology. There were no gilded play fields and flying monkeys and annoying background soundtracks. There was only a black screen, a white dot, and two lines for paddles. There was only Pong!

Simple

I would like to turn volume off but it can not be do. I will be asking for my money back. Any app that makes you pay before you test the usibility is a rip! Apple pleas refund my money!

It’s only multiplayer😕

It’s not vs a computer please change this😭😞

Simplicity

This is a nice escape - no ads, no rewards, coins, tournaments, etc. It’s simple and analog like Sector 33.

This is not for 1 player.

This was a waste of $1.99. Why would you want to play as both players? You need a 1 player setting.

Good

Would be better if you could play against the CPU. No option but to play against another opponent.

Stupid

you have to play with 2 people on an iPhone - we’ll thought out guys.

Has potential

It has the potential to be a good game, but the issue is moving the paddles using my thumbs. Because the paddles are so close to the edge of the screen, my thumbs tend to cover the paddles and makes it difficult to judge where they are.

Cant play music

You cant listen in app. Uninstalled

Just Pong

So this game is sometimes relaxing but playing for 5 or 25 minutes the sounds it kind of gets annoying and when you realize you've been playing for so long you say what are you doing right now.....
but I just play this when I'm bored

PONG!!!!!😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

I've been trying to find as many arcade games on the App Store as I can this is the first one not many people make the complete original. I recommend you get just good old pong.

Fun

Really Fun And Addictive
