Shocking service and fouls advertisement
Will not let me have the paddy cash reel promotion after betting the £2 on bingo also didn’t pay out a win on slot. Contracted customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything.

This game is the biggest scam I have ever seen if this was created by anyone else other than a betting company this would count as a huge scam you’ll never win on it they have people who win all the time so it’s like it’s not real accounts if I was anyone I’d stay well away from this sight.
Dreadful site - avoid it
I’ve been a Paddy Power customer for years, used to get a few wins but not anymore and I know they say the wins are random but you do have to think, are they really random when you see the same winner coming time and again, especially with their free bingo. I’d rather they didn’t offer the bingoton or free rooms if it’s fixed. They are basically trying to get you to spend as much money as possible to get into the bigger free rooms. Just avoid the site.

Very unfair site
When you sign up to pop bingo you are automatically entered into a “newbie room”. You can play in this room for free and can win 50p line, £1, two lines and £2 full house, HOWEVER it keeps repeating the same players winning. I played it for 10 days and had to sit there and watch the same players win every game. I know these games are random but this is VERY unlikely to happen over then span of 10 days. It does chuck you a few wins here and there but nothing major. Also the fruit machines are VERY hard to win from you can put hundreds in and it not payout. I would AVOID using PP as I don’t think it’s a fair play site. Also in the other bingo rooms the same thing will happen, same winners most games everyday.

Seem to be having the same problem as others, click to go into the lobby and it opens PP Sports 😡

Sports app loop
Iphone users are no longer able to access paddy power bingo as trying to do so just sends us into a loop of the bingo app loading up the sports app which then asks us to login that tgen says the platform doesnt support the ios app.
BAD ADVERTISEMENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer service doesn’t help with your issues. I signed up with the purpose to revive a 40bonus+40spins promotion. Which after depositing the required amount and playing on the eligible games. I did not receive the promotion.
Customer service answers the question but then purposely soon as it comes to resolving the issue the messaging gets blocked and doesn’t allow you to send message. Funnily enough my signal was 5G therefore I didn’t loose connection my end each of the 4 times attempted!!!

Awful app
Installed the app on Saturday, all was fine. Sunday it kept coming up with an error, I’ve deleted and reinstalled, deleted cookies, followed the instructions on the help guide but it still isn’t working.
Been on the chat but get passed to different people/departments then got told I had to wait to speak to someone.
Plus I’ve still got money in my account I can’t use. Absolutely awful app.

Quick to take money off you, but I haven’t received free spins or money as offer had stated.

Come out of the app for a minute or two and bang you're needing to log in again. So annoying. Will be looking for an alternative....
You’ll never win
I have used this app intermittently for about 12 months. It has glitches, but the worst thing is that they lie about player numbers. And the same players seem to win the line, 2 lines and the house on the valuable games. Don’t use it!

Not the best site for sure
So I read the t&c’s carefully to ensure that as a Paddy Power customer for sports bets I was able to sign up as a ‘new customer’ for bingo, which it clearly stated I was. The offer was to deposit and spend £10 to receive the bingo bonus, slots bonus and free spins. I didn’t receive this so contacted customer support and eventually got put through to a human being. They said ‘Oh, no that offer doesn’t apply anymore’ so I copied and pasted the relevant text to them, they said the same thing again - surely if this offer is no longer available then why are they still advertising it for new BINGO customers!? Anyway, they did honour the £10 slots bonus and a £4 games bonus, but then gave me £30 games bonus however I signed up to get the bingo bonus, which I cannot use. So maybe for some they are ok but not for me. Still waiting to hear from customer service!

Stay away big fix
I’ve played a few bingo sites but this is a complete joke, total fix, same people over and over again....it’s so bad you can almost predict the names coming up! Don’t waste your money, yes you might get a small win but that will be it..... the rest will go to the sites players as I like to call them!!

Doesn’t even let you use your sign up “bonus” load of rubbish, says you can use it in certain games and to rotate your phone landscape and then when you do it says to turn it back to portrait and takes you back to main menu. Not even letting you use the “bonus” they have given you, they should be criminally prosecuted for false advertisement. I want my money back.

Worst bingo site EVER thought I would try my luck after 2 years to c if it’s improved & guess what no still the same boring old games same old winners & yes he takes every penny u have , & yes it’s gambling but to only win £2.61 out £30 is a bit of a joke Zzzzzz
