couple of weeks ago i won £30 went to withdraw and the have temporarily suspended my account, they asked for ID documents sent them all what they need and still haven’t heard anything was told it would take up to 24 hours but it’s been nearly 2 weeks this has been going on for a while can’t seem to get hold of anyone

So I installed the app, signed up, played my bonus spins (won £1.50) then got another 10 spins but at that point I got a message onscreen saying my account was frozen (my 5 minute old, verified account).
I immediately stopped everything (I had been in the verge of making my first deposit) and contacted support.
They told me everything is fine. Obviously, I know I got that message but they say they have no record of it and “not to worry” and to go ahead and use the app.
I am not daft enough to believe that my account is “fine” after receiving notification of a frozen account.
So I am now deleting the app and my account.
WHY?
Why do this to a new customer? Customer retention is king, yet here we are.

I spent £360 over the past 2 games on various different slots the main being golden winner when I spent just over £250 only to get 2 features that paid £2.80 and £7.10. Wouldn't even give me a line of cherries and the most it gave me was a £10 which is pennies compared to how much I put into it. I know gambling is meant to be for entertainment purposes only but when you are spending that much money you are at least expecting to get like £80-£100 back AT LEAST. Overall there team claim to be fair to all players yet all the slots seem to be highly fixed. Also the wheel spin where u have to get 3 pieces. I got 2 peices in the space of 10 mins and couldn't get the last piece even after spending hundreds and playing for over 4 hours. Only use for live casino
Live casino is decent but playing the non live games are absolutely robbery, they’ll let you win a little something at the start and then never again, tell me how I place a bet and bet and get a 20 then somehow the game magically gets a 7 card 21 as soon as a place a high bet.
Waste of money
I have been using paddy for around a year. But always been in negative equity. Played one game today I stuck in around £75. Got on the bonus board once and it gave me £0.80 from said bonus game. Be carful some of the slot games are programmed to loose the mainly the grow the bonus to pop them games , bonuses grow to max size then it will just keep eating your money and not drop (never )! Not all games are like this just the bonus grow to pop games stay away from them
