When I’ve tried to use this the analytics are quite good but it’s very difficult to tag people manually that are at the back of court, and I’m pretty sure it loses that person through analysis and starts tracking someone else.

Very ordinary, I uploaded a video, it then flicked me off to an irrelevant YouTube video to watch.

Our app doesn't actually redirect users to YouTube videos, that's not how it's meant to work, so something clearly went wrong on your end and we'd love to look into it.
