Amazing app to use and super user friendly. Easy to add and connect with players specially through to community groups functionality.

Really enjoy using Padel Mates. As a beginner to Padel it was really easy to use and find activities that I could participate in.
Ok app so far but…
Overall works but still needs improvement like the chat section. Sometimes I lose messages, difficult to delete chats. People can join activities not in their rating range. Can’t view the activists I’m on waiting lists for

Can’t even get past the first hurdle to login. Spinny wheel of death when submitting age/interests/level etc.
Easy to navigate
Using it primary for my padel games. My favourite feature is that you can see all the activities from your favourite bookmarked clubs for a specific day!
Please bring back playtomic
Awful awful app. Completely destroying my padel experience. App is dreadful to use. Rating system is a joke. I honestly cannot get a good quality game anymore.
Previous issues fixed
Previous update meant I could not see upcoming bookings. Left review and all resolved.

Please add send to waitlist function!!!
What is the point of the waitlist if you can only cancel by link within 24 hours there are always a lot of people eager to take the spot. There should be a notification that goes to the waitlist too. Not everyone has the phone numbers or contact details of people to find a replacement but there’s always numerous people in the waitlist that would be happy to take the substitute spot if there was a way to offer it to them. Why does this not exist ????
Why is there no option to pick which notifications are required? To be notified of available spots when someone leaves a session I have to receive every community match which is crazy!

Key issues need fixing
Issues that make the experience more frustrating than it should be:
1. Waiting list visibility It would be extremely helpful to have a dedicated section showing all the sessions I'm currently on the waiting list for. That way I could easily review and leave the ones I no longer want to join, instead of having to dig around to find them.
2. Better search tools It would be great to be able to search for specific session types, such as all levelling sessions. Right now, it’s hard to filter down to what I actually want.
3. Filters not working properly The level filters don’t seem accurate. I’m a 1.50, yet I still get shown matches or coaching sessions that require a minimum level of 2 or higher. The filter for suitable sessions would be incredibly useful IF it worked reliably.
4. Notification overload The notification settings really need improvement. I only want to receive alerts for things like waiting-list openings, chat messages, or relevant updates - not every single community post. At the moment, even with the ‘new matches posted’ notifications turned off, I still get spammed. Relevant notifications (like follow requests) get completely lost in the noise. This is honestly the most frustrating part.
These small issues (especially the notification bombardment) really affect the experience. They seem like simple fixes, so I hope the team can address them soon. I don’t want to turn off notifications entirely just because one part of the system doesn’t work properly.

Chat feature doesn’t work properly
The chat feature does not work properly, if you don’t have stable internet it doesn’t go through and disappears from chat history

Glitching, slow, crashing, technical support never reply, chat assistant is a bot, doesn’t bring any fix to your incident.

The best platform
We’ve switched over to padelmates from another platform, and our experience has been incredible, the difference is night and day and with the latest updates it just keeps getting better and better. Club customers are also saying how much they prefer it to our old platform. Don’t hesitate to make the switch, other platforms don’t even come close!

Please fix My Bookings
My Bookings now just shows all available matches, rather than your my bookings. Is this a bug?

I used to be able to see all my upcoming bookings under “my bookings”. This no longer works and brings up random bookings. You have to go into your profile to figure out when you are next playing. Please fix!
Punitive ratings on losing matches
Does not adjust appropriately or intelligently when taking into account rating for losing matches against better players. The algorithm is off - if you play against better players and lose your level should be able to go up depending on how many games you get. Squashlevels much better
Poor replacement
I also play at Canary Wharf. This is a huge downgrade in user experience. In addition to the previous comments, the filters don’t work, I can’t select individual days and times, adding ‘friends’ takes more steps. Searching for other clubs doesn’t really work. The whole Padel experience is considerably worse for this app. I can only think that it’s cheaper for Padium as no one in their right mind would select this app for their centre. Bring back Playtomic.
