About

PadelPose is for padel players who would rather see their stroke than guess at it. You film one shot with the iPhone standing still; the app finds your body in every picture of the clip, draws the skeleton over the video and measures how you moved – knee bend, trunk lean, shoulder tilt, elbow angle, stance width, the highest point of your racket hand. Then it lays the attempt next to your earlier ones. A session, step by step: 1. Pick the shot – serve, forehand volley or bandeja. You choose it; the app does not guess. 2. Prop the phone up in front of you on your racket side, your whole body in the picture, nothing between you and the lens. The app's recorder films at 60 pictures per second where your iPhone offers it, and tells you when you are framed well. 3. Play the stroke. The analysis runs on the iPhone, and you confirm which stroke in the clip is yours. 4. Watch it back: the skeleton, the four phases of the stroke, half and quarter speed, one picture at a time. 5. See what changed since your previous attempt – and with Pro, against a reference attempt, your personal baseline, or side by side, lined up at the contact. Every value says how well it was captured. When the camera could not see a joint, you read "unable to measure", not a number. A clip that cannot be measured gives no result, says why, and is not counted. Before you set up a tripod, open the demo: a made-up player, labelled "Demo", walks you through every screen of the app – free, without filming. Questions players ask Does it measure the ball or the racket? No. It measures your body: angles, distances and times in the video. Is it a coach? No. It shows what changed between your own shots, not what is right – no score, and no comparison with other players. Are these 3D angles? No, they are video angles, measured in the picture, so compare shots filmed from the same place. The moment of contact is an estimate, and you can move it to the picture of the hit. Where do my videos go? Nowhere. Videos, body positions and results stay on your iPhone; there is no account and no advertising. Anonymous usage statistics are sent only if you turn them on in Profile. What is free, what is Pro Free: recording and import, 3 analyses a month, the skeleton, the timeline, the three main values of each shot, and all your videos and results. Pro adds unlimited analyses, every value with its change against your previous attempt and your baseline, angle labels on the video, progress charts, side-by-side comparison, and exports without the app's name. PadelPose Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly, without a trial period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you manage and cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
