Turn off notifications
I cannot figure out how to turn off notifications.
It’s ok
I don’t think landlords should be allowed to demand a phone number to request info, if not providing a number to call themselves.
Searching by pet friendly is not effective. If there could be repercussions for listing pets allowed falsely, or to allow home-searchers the ability to provide feed back on certain details like that.
Lastly, the ability to hide listing, if I know it’s a scam, why does reporting it not remove it from MY map permanently.
It does map pads effectively but I hope for more “nice to have” features.

Impossible to signup
Their signup process is busted. I was able to create an account but when I clicked on the validate email I got an error and now my account is rejected. Doesn’t seem to be a way to fix this.

Why can't I filter -out- places with income restrictions!?

Annoying emails
Once you contact one company you get emails from this app that aren’t from that company telling you that here are some other things you can look at. You can unsubscribe from that one time but every time you contact any listing this happens. And they don’t make it easy to turn off. In fact, I haven’t found it yet. It’s not in the app.

annoying notification bug needs to be fixed
great app actually but leaving a low review for visibility. when you get a notification for a property and click it, it doesn’t actually bring you to info about the listing, just brings you to the map. so then you gotta go hunting for the listing you were notified about lol. fix this and this app is 5 stars

Delete my account or litigation begins.
Bedroom/bathroom size
The app was 5* before but whoever came up with a decision to change the button to choose the bedroom and bathroom size in filter settings was not very thoughtful.

Disappointing
I went through the process of creating an account, verifying my identity with my driver’s license, and creating a listing only for PadMapper deactivate my account without explanation. Follow ups have gone unanswered, and they have the audacity to spam my inbox with 3+ emails a day. Do not use this platform!

Won’t allow me to create an account!
I have tried multiple times and have used different emails with no luck. I have clicked the verification email sent to me and o keep getting an error message. I reached out to support and thru the feedback option with no success. Very disappointing.

I give it 4 stars already just based on the setup, display and app design. Well done super easy to use, understand, all the info we want / need. Im sure I will book a stay in NO time!
Doesn’t follow my filters at all
Why am I seeing apartments for 500 sqft when my filter is set for nothing smaller than 700 sqft? Notifications are not timely at all. Pretty useless so far.
Don’t waste your time
Fraud has always been a problem when it comes to listing rentals online. Unfortunately, there has been a trend where online rental services just assume everything is fraud and make it a nightmare to list your property for rent. PadMapper is no exception to this trend. They will simply block your legitimate listing, deactivate your account, and provide no straightforward means to fix the situation. Do not waste your time with this app.
