The app is so slow, nothing other than balance works while using dark mode, difficult to use, slow, and god awful authentication and log in system. This app needs to be completely rebuilt. Paducah Bank needs to better fund their app and find better developers, this looks and functions like something from 2008.

All the functionality
Not as smooth as some of the big boys but all around a great app that does exactly what you need it to do.
Doesn’t work correct.
So I have had this app for years. It has worked pretty decent... until now. The past week/2 weeks, it hasn’t worked at all. I open the app and it goes to a pure white screen and never loads anything. This is quite annoying, as I need to see a quick view of my account multiple times a week/day. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, same thing. They should have a fix ASAP.. Bc this is a important piece of everyday life for some! I would give it a 1 star bc I am that irritated at this and that there is no fix. But I’ll slide it a 2, for being a “decent” app over the years prior.

Not functional after latest app update
The app just loads a blank white screen on my iPhone 6 after the most recent update. Junk app now.
Paducah Bank Mobile app doesn’t open
I gave 1 star because the app is not opening so I can check my account, it just keeps loading but never opens. I have tried everything please help me if you can. Thanks

Would be much faster if there was face ID
Love this app!
Love the ability to review transactions going back 12 months. Easy to transfer between accounts. Love the fingertip log in feature. Love the ability to turn the debit card off and on moments before usage. The security alert features are a big plus.
Just don't like it
All your transactions show faded while pending. To much fluff. I had the old app and loved it. Not a fan of the new one.
Crash on authentication
Continually crashes to black screen and restarts when trying to authenticate with fingerprint. I can login with my password but why??
Latest update is really lacking...
With the latest update (Aug 2014), this app has taken a step backwards. "Very" slow loading accounts current data and many times it won't load at all and get an error message. This "never" happened with previous versions. Hope Paducah Bank can fix this latest update SOON!
New UI needs a tweak
It is much harder to differentiate between debits and credits at a glance now. It would be much better if they were different colors again. Otherwise, it's a good banking app.
It's ok
When the site works it's great. Although the app is down a lot. It would also maybe be nice that it could keep u logged in for a few minutes if u have to close the app to do something else for a minute and not have to log back in.
Good start
I like online billpay and this doesn't have that. The bank feature i need the most is that one and would like it on the app. When it does I will bump my rating.
