Unusable
This used the be one of my most-used and an entire invaluable app. However, it is now completely unusable as I cannot even begin to scroll through and select components of a treatment / algorithm without the whole thing juddering intolerably. What a great shame.
Perfect!
A very best medical app I’ve ever had,
Really handy and helpful,
100% recommended!

It works again owing to the developers support. I use it every day and is very useful.
Stopped working!
Hello! I have been using Paediatric Emergencies app for several years and it has been an extremely useful addition to my learning. However since yesterday I have not been able to use the app. Even though it lets me input the child’s demographics details, it does not produce the desired results, as in it is not giving me the doses of any medications or even the normal physiological values. I would be grateful if this could be resolved asap. Many thanks

Great app
Easy to use
Very useful
I use this occasionally during on call duty in ED. Reassuring to know it is with me.
Quick and Easy
As a paediatric ED nurse in the UK this is one of my most used apps for any emergency that comes in. Provides rapid evidence for those drs who can’t agree and easily gives me the reassurance when having to give medications in an emergency situation (how much to give, how to dilute and how long for).
I seriously recommend paying for the whole app. Completely worth the money.

Best paeds app
I’m just really impressed with this app. I’ve used a few similar apps as an ED reg but this tops them all.
Dr very useful website
Very useful tool on clinical practice
Life saver!!!
Brilliant app, recommend it to my medical and paramedic colleagues
Great app needs updating
Not compatible with latest iOS and iphone 11 cannot see whole page please update this, otherwise brilliant app essential for paediatric ED Nurses wanting current guidelines to hand urgently
Great app but there is a bug
As an app, it is very useful, reliable and easy to use. Unfortunately there is a bug. When using the app at night, as the phone changes automatically to dark mode, it is not able to see the name of the guidelines and the number on the weight box. You can still select a box and the guideline will open although the name does not appear on the menu while on dark mode.
I hope this can be solved as it is a really good app.

Great App
Brilliant app I use regularly whilst at work.
Get this!
Great app - highly recommended
Great app
Wonderful app for all Paeds trainees. Although as an Anaesthetics trainee, we seem to give bigger doses of propofol.
Resus Rob
My Favourite Paediatric Emergency application. Nothing comes close to this for UK paediatric emergencies. I used lots but this is my number one. For my clinical role this delivers exactly what I need in a very user friendly way. Thank you for producing this essential tool. I recommend for anyone clinical that deals with sick infants/children.

Generally great app- very valuable in urgent Paeds cases
As a UK emergency medicine doctor- this app is great. It pulls a lot of varied resources into one place and helps both narrow down the many calculations that might be needed (both actual and estimated). I also like that you can see links to PDFs with copies of the guidance it employs so you can verify information.
One small issue I have - and have only realised tonight- is that there is a section in the app where you are recommended podcasts to listen to. Located in “More” >> “Recommended Podcasts” you are presented with a list presumably curated by the developer. They’re mostly medical but the top one is “Daily Audio Bible”. This just sat with me as a bit in poor taste. All are entitled to their own views of course but I felt this to be inappropriate. It looks out of place being at top of a list in an emergency medical application and left me disappointed that it’s been put in there deliberately.

Great PEM app
Fantastic app. Easy to use. Only wish it had a search function for specific drug dosing per weight.
Expensive, no group discount
Very good app need more frequent updates missing some meds to use.. expensive.. no bundle from the caller. Not gaud as AAP EM ..
WETFLAG function would be good
Could do with a quick WETFLAG function for those working in emergency and pre-hospital care
