Just a friendly reminder that the invoice is due soon..." * Professional: Neutral and direct tone "I'm confirming the invoice remains outstanding. I appreciate your prompt payment..." * Firm: Conveys urgency "We need your immediate payment to continue our relationship..." Select the tone that fits your client best, edit if needed, and send. The AI understands your invoice context and generates personalized suggestions. Never run out of words again. [NEW] Manual Payment Recording with Receipts Got paid via transfer, cash, or bank deposit? Now you can mark invoices as paid directly from the app. Three simple options: 1. Take a photo of the receipt (receipt, bank proof, etc.) 2. Upload from your gallery 3. Mark without receipt (requires confirmation) The receipt automatically attaches to your invoice record for full traceability.
