Makes my life SO much easier!
I teach voice lessons and use this to do all of my billing and scheduling. It has cut down my invoicing time by more than half, and the calendar helps me stay on top of missed lessons or sick days etc so I end up being more accurate in my billing. It’s super easy to use and it works for all different ways of billing cycles (monthly, yearly, per semester, weekly, single appointments, etc), and I can bill for master classes and other miscellaneous things like supplies or music fee’s really easily. It has a place for notes, which is helpful, and keeps good track of invoices sent and payments received among other things. Love it and highly recommend!

So far so good...except reporting
I like the ease of setup and recording of payments and such. I run a boarding and lesson horseback riding facility and people can pay for blocks of lessons or one at a time. This helps me keep track. I need to be able to either export reports or print reports and haven’t figured out how to do this yet. I will be happy to give 5 stars once the reporting feature is a bit more functional.
