I have applied for kyc and now 1 month passed but still my kyc is not verified and there is no support for the tickets I raised.

The app is very bad for using. I will not recommend this dumb app to anyone

It’s not genuine is what I feel I signed up later they asked to verify my kyc I did that after that when I tried to make the transaction it showed my I exceeded the limit I don’t knw they themselves know that without kyc I can’t to dang thing and after kyc update it shows I made transaction 🫢 this was my first try

Mobikwik zip option removed

Paidkiya has great value in transaction from wallets to bank, The latest version of paidkiya app doesn’t have option of mobikwik zip !!!

Done a transaction on urgent priority basis and asked for lot of verification documents…provided and still it was on hold state completely hectic process

I made a payment through mobikwik app and the amount got deducted successfully from mobikwik but paidkiya app showing failed . Neither amount is refunded or credited . Pathetic support as no one answering call or replying. Disappointed

Bhut hi ghatiya aap h kisi ko urgebt m pese chaiye ho toh isme toh 2,3 din tak transactions pending ho jaati h use less app h 🤬🤬
Its not a Service its Called a money laundering
Every transaction on Credit card will count in expense in ITR. And card is only for personal use not for a business use. And this types of service is prohibited by Indian law . First Ask Your CA or your Bank relationship manager.
