I renewed the payment on this app for a second year when I had a balance to be paid out to me at the time of renewal. I felt obligated to do so in order to get my money that I earned because their policy was that you have to have “premium membership” in order to be paid. When it came time for the pay out my money was put back into my balance and I had to start all over again. I was waiting on three payments and and must have “changed their payout policy”
again. They put all $55 back into it balance and I now have no payouts scheduled. I now had a balance of $150 and when I just logged back in it dropped to $65 now. Since this game is being played, I and now declaring this app a scam. I have had no response from the customer support and support emails are never returned.

Customer Service MIA
been trying since January to get my payouts. They say they are submitted and that expect the next month for payout. I look the next month and the payout is missing and reset forcing me to submit again, and wait ANOTHER 5-6 weeks. I sent a note in April and every month since to the customer service email (because there is no chat feature or phone number to call) and each month my emails, with supporting evidence of the dates I’ve submitted, the screen shots showing when payout should be available and then reset have gone unanswered. So paying for a subscription has yielded me nothing. I can walk for free vs paying and not having the app hold up their end. Buyers beware- if you pay for yearly subscription even if you walk miles a day and earn coins for redemption, you will no longer get your $. They are M.I.A
