About
Log how bad it is with one tap, and see the whole day as a single bar.
Pain Log is built to produce something you can hand to your doctor.
ONE TAP TO LOG
The 0-10 scale your doctor asks about (NRS), laid out as a list. One tap and you are done - no confirm button, no sheet. You use this app while you hurt, so it does not ask for more taps than it needs.
SEE HOW THE DAY MOVED
A level you record is drawn as held until the next record. Doses sit on the same bar, so "how did it move after I took it" reads as one line. A once-a-day form cannot show this.
UNRECORDED TIME LOOKS UNRECORDED
Time with no records is left unpainted. Everything after your last record is faded. Time you did not check should not look as certain as time you did.
FILL IN WHAT YOU FORGOT
Pick a time and log it after the fact.
EXPORT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT (paid)
Turn any period into a PDF, with a legend explaining how to read the bars, so you can hand it over as is.
LABELS (partly paid)
Painkiller, toilet and exercise are built in. Add your own with the paid unlock.
YOUR RECORDS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE
Levels, doses and notes are stored on the device and are not sent anywhere.
Pain Log is a record keeping app. It is not for diagnosis or for deciding treatment. Talk to a clinician about symptoms that worry you.
