Used to work but now crashes
I haven’t been able to get any fixes, the app just crashes. I contacted the support and haven’t heard back. This is a paid subscription, and it’s not working. Very disappointed with the quality.
The App Closes On Me
I have an iPhone 16 Max. After I select the area that hurts and gets the possible causes, when I select one to see how to treat it, the application closes abruptly on me. I have experienced the same issue regardless of the body location I select. The app doesn’t offer a way to get reimbursed.
Works Great on a Mac
Use this on my Iphone did not realize it works on my Mac book. So Much better on big screen

Was great at first
This app was great at first but it has some significant issues that make it unusable. At times it simply crashes upon opening. The newest issue is that a bunch of code or error text of some sort pops up on the screen over the main screen. It’s really frustrating to pay for such garbage.

Hi, I am sorry for the bugs in the app and thank you for bringing it up. A previous build had several issues that caused these really irritating problems for you. I have taken them very seriously and have worked hard to fix it. The new build has resolved the issues you pointed out and you should be able to work Painalog normally. I hope Painalog can help with your chronic pain issues going forward.

Worked; I subscribed; it stopped working. Started crashing!
App crashes
Was super excited for this app - but as soon as I signed up for the free trial the app crashed and continues to do so every time I try to open it. I tried reinstalling it and restarting my phone. Didn’t work.
Issue
I’ve paid the one month trial fee and I have not been able to access the app. Please assist!!! I’m in pain.

Stopped working as soon as I subscribed, I unsubbed, deleted and reinstalled, still not working. They better not charge me for it. The premise of the app looks really good, I only wish it worked

App crashes as soon as it loads
Initially worked for one free scan and I was impressed by the app. However, as soon as I subscribed the app crashed and will not reload. I cancelled the subscription straight away. Shame… this app had real potential.
Crashalog?
Seemed like a great tool for my massage practice (was recommended by a school’s website). Worked great till I subscribed, but now it won’t open. Please fix this. I’d love to try again with a version that works.
Love this app but haven’t been able to use it the last few weeks
I think it started after the most recent update but lately it just crashes when I try to open it, and I submitted a feedback/report an issue on your website and haven’t heard back!! Putting my subscription on hold for now but I would love to be able to use it again :(

I have never wrote a review for an app before this one but felt I wanted to help others that suffer from chronic pain know that this app can help you find quick & lasting relief.
I suffer from fibromyalgia & scoliosis, I discovered trigger points a few years ago and have a few books in print and on my phone but this app makes the process of accessing your pain and finding the triggers points to treat the pain very simple and fast. If you suffer from chronic pain or from just occasional pain this app is a life saver! You will want to subscribe after your free trial.

Charged before the 7 day trial was over
I tried Painalog and found it was difficult to mark my pain area accurately and the triggers they came up with were inaccurate. I canceled the same day and am still being charged, despite being long before end of the 7 day trial.

Expected a 7 day trial before being charged but could not revoke the charge even though less than 7 days
