About

PainFlow is a gentle self-regulation companion for people living with chronic pain. The app is designed to support everyday life with pain, without replacing medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. PainFlow helps you notice patterns, understand your body, regulate overwhelm, and take small manageable steps during difficult moments. Inside PainFlow, you can: • Track pain, mood, energy, gratitude, and daily notes • Review simple statistics and daily history • Create a personal support plan • Use breathing and body awareness practices • Find self-help tools for moments of intense pain • Practice emotional regulation and energy pacing • Explore gentle exercises such as circle of control, anxiety surfing, and body connection PainFlow is built around a simple idea: your body makes sense. Pain is not only a physical sensation. It can also be connected to stress, emotions, the nervous system, coping patterns, and the way a person relates to their body. The app does not connect to Apple Health or other external health services. PainFlow does not sell your data. PainFlow provides free access to all app functionality for 3 days. After that, full access is available through a monthly or yearly subscription. The self-help section for pain attacks is always free. Important: PainFlow is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms, medication, treatment decisions, or urgent health concerns.
