Complete knock-off app that it looks like the developer has rebranded a thousand times. Very buggy and has 0 worthwhile features.

Does one thing only, but really well
This is actually great. After years of diligent tracking with the leading app in the category I’m not learning anything new. The prospect of filling in multiple pages of questions when I can’t even think is generally unbearable, but I do want to keep an eye on how much medication I’m taking. This app is the answer. One touch and done. Even going back a couple of months to add data is easy - just tap the day. No ads, no in-app purchases, no pop-up review solicitations, no notifications. A supremely considerate design, given the condition it is supporting. Thank you!

Simple , almost perfect
I love how easy this is to use , it doesn’t ask me a million questions when my head is about to explode! My only complaint is when I do add a note , I can’t go back and edit it.

Easy to use
Easy way to track migraine, but notes aren’t editable. Would like ability to add notes to specific days (after migraine has passed) or to delete/edit notes. Visually it’s great for seeing how frequent migraines are. Definitely easy for kids to use.

Really loved the simplicity of this. All I wanted was a fast and easy way of tracking and this was super helpful. I’ve used other migraine diaries that were wonderful when I first was diagnosed.
But these last few years I’ve really just wanted something simpler and this did the trick! I also love that you can right notes.

Love it! Wish it had a notes section
I love this app! It’s simple and to the point, all you have to do is click and your it migraine is recorded.
The only thing that would make it better and the only app I would ever need, would be if it had a section for notes. While mid migraine I might not be able to add notes, it would be great to go back in after and maybe make a note of what meds I took or possible triggers.
I realize I could do that in a separate app, but it would be so convenient to have it all in one place.

Purrfect Migraine Tracker
Exactly what I was looking for, simple just to track when I’m having migraines to see if my medication is working. I already know what causes them. I didn’t need all that other extra stuff like you said in the description when you have a migraine you don’t want to do more than just click one button. And the icons are adorable!
