Apologies, itโs likely due to Appleโs ARkit plugin, not the app... ARkit requires newer Apple devices from the past 2-3 years & it can crash older devices or devices low on memory. What model iPad do you have from what year? Weโll look into it for you. If any chance youโd edit your rating or try a newer iPad, weโd appreciate it! Weโre artists at the mercy of Apple:)

Weโre artists at the mercy of Apple:) Previous reply: Sometimes Appleโs ARkit doesnโt play nice to with older iPhones... Sorry to hear about your issue. How old is your phone? Model? How much space is left & any apps running in background? Try quitting other apps, clearing storage or a newer phone. Thanks!
