MAKE THE PLAN YOURS Start blank or choose from 12 editable starter plans, including watercolor, acrylic, gouache, oil painting and miniatures. Add your own steps, write materials and mix notes, and check off work as you go. Record each piece's medium, surface and dimensions. KEEP A VISUAL JOURNAL Gather reference photos beside your project. Add dated journal entries with notes and a photo to record individual painting sessions. Leave a separate next-session note so you remember where to begin. Your reference gallery and session history stay distinct. REUSE WHAT WORKS Turn a useful plan into a personal template. Edit a saved template or keep a separate variation, then start an independent project from it. Changes to a template do not rewrite projects you have already started. SHARE THE PROCESS Export a read-only project PDF with your saved plan, notes, reference photos and journal. For an editable copy, export an individual project or template backup and import it as a new, independent item. Move unwanted items to Recently Deleted, then restore them or explicitly remove them permanently. ONE PURCHASE. YOUR OWN NOTEBOOK. All current features are included in the app purchase. No subscription, in-app purchases, advertisements or Paint Session account. Your work is stored locally on your device. Automatic cross-device synchronization is not included. Keep separate backups of important work before deleting the app or changing devices; a shared PDF is not an editable backup.
