Paid for ap refuses to work

This used to be a fun ap, but now everything is locked and despite purchasing it - nothing works. I want my money back. Total garbage

Beware! Signed up for trial but never got access

I signed up for trial but never got full access. Record shows I should have it. So no doubt they’d charge me if I didn’t stop subscription. I tried Apple Support but they could do nothing. They told me to contact developer through the App Store but when I tried their website is no longer in business. Beware and find another painting app!
