Great app for color challenged

I have such a hard time visualizing what color will look best. This is a great app for people like me.

Worst app ever!

It is definitely not useful! As it looks like your painting with a marker on a photo! Seriously! Do not download itโ€™s waist of money!

Would be great if....

Would be great if I could actually finish a project on it before it crashes every single time. Iโ€™ve tried at least a dozen times. What a shame. Iโ€™m happy that it wasnโ€™t an expensive app.

The best for trying out wall paint

No idea why this gets poor reviews. It is worth every cent. This was the only app (I tried many!) that accurately coloured my walls and was smart enough to compensate for shadows etc. I also LOVE the colour picker feature- I can snag a colour from a photo, or just type in my RGB values etc. I loved that it was so intuitive- automatically saving my custom photos and allowing me to grab a larger or smaller paint area with ease. Seriously, if your goal is to test paint on your walls, this is the best app for you.

Very helpful

I couldnโ€™t visualize my new blue house in any other color, but this app helped enormously. Easy to use.

FAQ

What does Paint Tester Pro do?

Paint Tester Pro allows you to visualize how new paint colors will look on your walls before you actually paint. You can apply colors from a palette or from a photo of a color you like directly onto pictures of your rooms.

How does the smart paint bucket work?

The smart paint bucket tool helps you change wall colors in a picture. In well-lit photos, it aims to color the wall accurately without bleeding onto adjacent surfaces like ceilings or other walls, providing a clean preview.

Is Paint Tester Pro free to use?

Yes, Paint Tester Pro is a free application. The provided information indicates it does not have in-app purchases or advertisements.

How can I get the most accurate color preview?

For best results, try taping a color sample to the wall in your room and taking a photo. Then, use the color picker to select that sample and apply it to the wall in the picture. This method helps account for the room's lighting conditions.

Can I try multiple colors at once?

Yes, you can use multiple colors simultaneously. This feature is particularly useful for trying out accent walls or combining different shades within the same room preview.
