Deceptively useful and powerful👍😀

This little app came to me through word-of-mouth recommendation from my closest friend, who came across it via a family member with a recent, severe back injury.

I couldn't even find it in the App Store, until after I found out the name of the developers, by searching online.

Once you do find it on the App Store, there's a great description of its uses.. It's just a pity there's no brief video on how to get going with it, after you first download it... but it doesn't take long to master.

Even though my injury has been long-standing, there have been recent, massive changes in my pain levels, over the last few months.

I am seeing a new dr and my physio next week - and once you've used this app for a few days or more - the graphs it develops from your input are perfect to cut through all the words you might otherwise use and quickly show your doctor or physio how poorly - or well - you are going.

I particularly love that you can tap on one of the dots represented in the graph it's created from your pain input (the usual 0-10 scores) to add some information about the context of your pain rating at that time, or even generally.

These comments are all available for you to review or edit from the appropriate menu, below. So, you can quickly look at all your comments, and see patterns at a glance eg; what's working or not working for you - and pass that on to your healthcare team.

The baseline average in the graph is also great feedback to see how you are progressing generally - or not - and whether you and/or your health team members therefore need to make some significant changes.

I see there are other pain management apps in the App Store - and I might check them out one day - but this simple one is perfectly sufficient for me, now I've worked out how to use it....

... and you do have to use it for a few days to realise how good it is.

I love that you get to choose whether you get a discrete reminder hourly (or not) in the few settings that are there.

I use voice to text technology in all of my communications, so this has gotten rather long - if it helps one person, I'll be happy.

The icing on the cake is that it's free, too🥳

Perfect tool for chronic pain

It is very helpful to have the possibility to enter pain informations as often as we need it. So many other apps give only one pain level a day… With this app it is possible to see how pain changes through each day and the reminder is also very helpful so I don’t enter pain data only when I feel pain!
The only wish that I have is to add the possibility to export data (to send to my doctor). For now, I will send screen shots of the graph :)
Thank you!

Brilliant!

This is exactly what I wanted, easy to use, simple and brilliant. Perfect app.

Exactly what I need!

I’m using this to keep track of back pain which on some days can seem all encompassing and on other days I forget about from time to time. I have the app remind me every hour and then when I see the reminder I just record my pain and if I don’t see the reminder I don’t record the pain if I’m not suffering so it’s very, very easy. I love the reminders because I can record if I want to or not. Thank you for making a wonderful app; I love the graphing.

The Best Pain Tracker

As the title says, this is genuinely the best pain tracker I’ve used.
There are no adverts.
You get an easy to read graph.
Your previous notes are accessible by tapping the data point on the graph, or by viewing the raw data.
You can set excellent reminder schedules - try finding this elsewhere.

All in all, a very fine app. I’d pay for it.
