No Sound
That says it…no sound on my purchases. Also, I get an error message that says no update available…..get this fixed!
The worst
I have two great artist videos but this platform is such a failure delivering consistent view ability. Right now I can’t get SOUND on my video- no reason. Sometimes I can’t get my video to play. I hate this platform. I wish u could play my videos ANYWHERE ELSE.

I have been trying to access my library and I can’t open my page. I keep getting error messages. At first the company tried to help me but after days of still not fixing the issue, they have just stopped contact with me. I have sent them the error messages I have received but they seem to be ignoring me. This is so frustrating. I just wish they would correct the issue. I do not recommend this app to anyone! At all!

No audio on iOS, developer won’t fix
Unless you use headphones, don’t expect any audio. It’s flat out broken on both iPhone and iPad. Developer doesn’t seem to care- they instead directed me to use the Purple app. Don’t waste your time.
