Streaming Issues
The videos would not stream for me. I contacted customer service. I tried the troubleshooting that they recommended and sent the documentation for the problem I was having.
They promptly gave me a refund. I appreciate the fact that there was no pressure to use a different browser and they accepted the fact that it just wasn’t working on mine and refunded with no hassle. I plan to check back in a few months and see if things are working more smoothly across platforms.

Could be great, but
I like to be able to stream purchased content wherever I am on different devices. Even though I’m logged into my account, this app does not pick up where I last left off. It just starts each class over, which is incredibly frustrating, particularly when each class may be hours long. Please add a resume function or saved progress like the website version has.
