Have to pay now
Me and my wife had a streak of almost two years and then they changed it to needing to pay for one daily question and we lost the streak completely. Deleting the app because of this.

Paired is a great app for long distance couples, I feel it really brings us together even when we’re apart - keeps things interesting and also helps us keep an open line of communication
So fun for couples
We've been using paired for years!! It's a fun way to stay connected and think about topics that may not come up naturally. We also have a great laugh every time we write the same answer (which is often!!)
Glitches
We have 1 day before trial ends and we have to pay and the tabs stopped working. Support says they will get to me in 24 hrs but we aren’t going to pay for something that couldn’t work for a whole week and then no support to fix the issues when they occur. Seems fishy to us.

This app may be most helpful to young couples or anyone in a newer relationship. While there are many good suggestions, and questions, it is difficult to know what is being asked because of lack of context.
The app is great. Forcing you to pay full price on last day of trial is not.
I was going to renew after my 7-day trial at 40% off and the banner to sign up disappeared on the last day, after being there for the entirety of my trial. There was no indication it was the last day of promotion. That to me is just marketing scheme and kind of tainted the entire experience with an otherwise fun app. This is already a pretty expensive app, I can’t imagine you need to resort to these types of schemes to get people to pay full price. If your app serves us well for the discounted year (which btw is still a lot for basically an app with quizzes and games), we will gladly be back at full price. I’m gonna be sad to leave, I was really starting to have fun with it 💔

Cute and simple
It’s simple and quick and a good way to learn some new little things about your partner. It is also good for discussing topics that arent the easiest to bring up.
Perfect for every season in relationships
My now husband and I started using paired just before we got engaged. The daily questions have been a great way to connect. Especially lately with all the busyness that comes with raising small kids and a newborn sometimes paired is the only five minutes of connection we get. Sometimes it’s just a quick check in but other times it’s led to really great conversations and helped us grow.

Amazing must have
My wife and I have been together 15 years with 2 kids…we got this app to hopefully spark some new intimacy and WOW did it ever. ❤️❤️ but on a plus side we’ve started working on our relationship in a deeper manner including connecting on a lvl we never even thought there was.
Honestly a good time.
Writing this review at 75+ days. My wife and I both enjoy the app, and have had many laughs and deep conversations based off the questions of the day. I would recommend it to anyone trying to find that little bit of extra connection in a relationship or marriage.
Need more depth
The questions arent very deep. They’re kind of surface level… hopefully they’ll get a little more intense at some point.

NO free trial
Went to go subscribe to the free trial to give it a try and it charged my card the full amount of the year and then said if I cancel I already paid for the full year!! How is that a free trial! Don’t try the free trial!
Brings Me Closer To My Partner
I love this app, it’s a daily reminder to not only check in with my girlfriend - growing a deeper bond and understanding of each other - but it also has me taking daily reflections (sometimes multiple times through the day) for self reflection so I can update my mood and how I’m feeling through the day. I’m very neurodivergent and my emotions can ebb and flow drastically on any given day; this allows her to know what’s going on and gauge my responses based on the context of how I’m feeling and not the words or tone I might use unrelated to her at all.
I have the paid version of this app and it’s worth every dollar; I really enjoy the quizzes. The short answer ones are ok, but the quizzes and games are where it’s at for me cause the structure is easier to follow than writing a random paragraph with whatever that days prompts are. I currently have an almost 70 day streak since started - haven’t missed a single day.

May have a niche role
Daily question concept is interesting but unless there is a structured plan about discussing the responses it it too superficial to provide much benefit. The question purports to give you an indication about how strong you are in a topic area, but your answer my have no correlation to that rankings. Some of the questions would only pertain to couples in specific places in their relationships and many of the quizzes are so non-applicable to the average couple that you can’t even answer them.

I love using this app with my husband, even though our marriage is in a great place it shows things that otherwise might not come up if we weren’t prompted to answer these kinds of questions.
I love that it reminds you to answer questions and gives you a timer on your lock screen before you loose your streak. I love the types of questions and conversations we have based on the questions.
Things I don’t love: sometimes when answering questions there are things that may be good to answer with “don’t agree” and because we do it says that it’s a growth area. I would also like to be able to mark something as unread so I can find it easily and go over it when I’m with my husband. And sometimes I don’t want to read the results until I’m with him so I have to restart the app to avoid opening it and it being lost within our other quizzes/questions. Overall, I love that it has brought us closer especially because sometimes we spend a lot of time apart.
