I got a text with my policy details and a link to download the PaisaGenie app, but I haven’t been able to sign in. Tried using my registered mobile number and email ID, but it just gives an error saying I need to register first. Not sure why that’s the case when my policy is already linked. Honestly, I’ve had similar issues with other SBI apps—they never seem to work smoothly. Hope they fix this so customers can actually access their policies without hassle.

Unusable for NRI
Have a large account with SBI Life as an NRI. This app is useless to operate the SBI LIfe policy. Anytime you attempt to login it will keep giving try later error. Unbelievable how India’s largest bank can have such garbage app.
Very bad
I could not use the app at all. The initial info interstitial is not dismissible as the close button in the upper right corner behind time and battery display.
Popup screen blocks the app
Unable to use in iPhone that a pop-up screen blocks the remaining app from being opened, unable to close the initial popped screen. Rethink for iPhones.
