Hire someone to fix this.
I tried it before and took it off of my iPhone. Paiste makes great cymbals, but I have difficulty finding them in the US. The app worked very poorly, when I tried using it half a dozen times. Maybe you’re relying on someone in house to build you an app? I’m certain you could have a fantastic app to show your goods.

The App didn’t really load
I tried downloading it from their ad on Instagram. Are used my iPhone 13 pro and the app shows up on my screen. But, it doesn’t do anything. I just deleted it and tried starting again from the App Store in my iPhone 13 Pro.

Great way to audition new Paiste cymbals
It appears to be a good tool for drummers.
Anyone who wants to check out the entire range of tasty Paiste Cymbals can do so, or use it as something to aspire to.
Except, erm... I can’t do any of this, my Paiste gallery of cymbals and sounds has no cymbals or sounds anywhere!
It used to.
Now, it’s just the drummers endorsed, and a map of stores that are also possibly devoid of any cymbals.
I believe it’s up to date.

I Love Paiste And This App
I love this app. Paiste is my favorite Cymbal brand, so I love this app too. I love that you can listen to the cymbals.

There aren't any stores in my area with a good selection of Paiste Cymbals. I use the Sound Room to audition cymbals (the recordings sound natural and true) and with Paiste's consistency, I know the cymbals I order online will sound exactly the same!

WAS a good app
This WAS an awesome app. Had the sound room attached so you could hear cymbals from the different lines. Now the app seems broken. I have tried everything and it will not open.

Nice app. A few suggestions.
1. Missing audio for various cymbal sounds. For example Pattern on 22" Traditional Ride. A useful feature would be to have a more intuitive interface for audio. Possibly tapping the image of a cymbal at certain points to trigger certain sounds?
2. When the cymbal image is in landscape mode the ability to swipe to the description of it becomes disabled.
3. The option to increase the size of the text/font would be a real help.
4. The dealer location is out of date Chas E Footes of London closed down over a year ago and is now located in Bloomsbury.Same for different stores as well.
5. The Nation video content does not load and simply hangs.( iPhone 4/4S ) App has to be quit / closed to access The Nation again.
6. Only a select group of Artists viewable.

Ehhhh
I don't know if it's just because I'm using an iPad(2), but this is a terrible app. I can only listen to one or two cymbals before I have to restart it. This is really disappointing because 1) there are no paiste dealers near me and 2) I don't own a computer to go on their website. This means that this app is my only means of listening to their cymbals and I've bought some other cymbal brands just because I won't order a cymbal on the Internet without hearing it first.

Would be an awesome app but...
I'm sick to death of this app crashing. I can barely load up one set of cymbal sounds and the app crashes. Sometimes it crashes before I can even get to the cymbals page.

App crashes over and over so I deleted it. The Zildjian app works great!
I know Paiste is known for good crashes, but...
That doesn't mean the app has to crash, too!

Good layout and Idea but very Glad it's free as the app has crashed several times within 50 seconds. Some would say its pointless if it has a good layout if you cannot use it without it crashing...
