Hire someone to fix this.
I tried it before and took it off of my iPhone. Paiste makes great cymbals, but I have difficulty finding them in the US. The app worked very poorly, when I tried using it half a dozen times. Maybe you’re relying on someone in house to build you an app? I’m certain you could have a fantastic app to show your goods.

PAiSTe Cymbals
Dommage 😩😤😒 que la famille Paiste délaisse cette application qui était pourtant sympathique au début.
POURQUOI mais POURQUOI ????!!!
Je suis franchement déçu 😞

The App didn’t really load
I tried downloading it from their ad on Instagram. Are used my iPhone 13 pro and the app shows up on my screen. But, it doesn’t do anything. I just deleted it and tried starting again from the App Store in my iPhone 13 Pro.
Same deal. I will go to your website. But, I like the idea of having an app where I can listen to cymbals,

Please make it work…
Great idea to develop an app on Paiste but useless as nothing on this works.
App vide !! No content in this app !!
App totalement vide de tout contenu ! Tous les menus fonctionnent mais rien ne s’affiche. Le centre reste noir !
There’s no content in the App besides the different tabs. The center remains black wherever you choose to go.

Great way to audition new Paiste cymbals
It appears to be a good tool for drummers.
Anyone who wants to check out the entire range of tasty Paiste Cymbals can do so, or use it as something to aspire to.
Except, erm... I can’t do any of this, my Paiste gallery of cymbals and sounds has no cymbals or sounds anywhere!
It used to.
Now, it’s just the drummers endorsed, and a map of stores that are also possibly devoid of any cymbals.
I believe it’s up to date.
Shame

No longer works
I loved this app, but it no longer works. Otherwise I would give 5 stars
No updates
App hasn’t been updated in forever. Crashes with new iOS 14.2.
I Love Paiste And This App
I love this app. Paiste is my favorite Cymbal brand, so I love this app too. I love that you can listen to the cymbals.
Sehr gut!
Man hat einen guten Überblick und die Sounds hören sich nach den originalen an. Allgemein eine gute App für die Leute die auf der Suche nach neuen Becken sind.
Excelente App
Muy intuitiva y fácil de comprender
Aggiornamento!!!
Ma un aggiornamento no?!
Love This App!
There aren't any stores in my area with a good selection of Paiste Cymbals. I use the Sound Room to audition cymbals (the recordings sound natural and true) and with Paiste's consistency, I know the cymbals I order online will sound exactly the same!
👍👍
A great app to get familiar with Paiste Cymbals.
Hay errores
Muy buena aplicación casi perfecta de no ser que hay platillos que no se pueden escuchar si no fuera por eso garantizadas las 5 estrellas
WAS a good app
This WAS an awesome app. Had the sound room attached so you could hear cymbals from the different lines. Now the app seems broken. I have tried everything and it will not open.
Nice App. Needs a little work.
Nice app. A few suggestions.
1. Missing audio for various cymbal sounds. For example Pattern on 22" Traditional Ride. A useful feature would be to have a more intuitive interface for audio. Possibly tapping the image of a cymbal at certain points to trigger certain sounds?
2. When the cymbal image is in landscape mode the ability to swipe to the description of it becomes disabled.
3. The option to increase the size of the text/font would be a real help.
4. The dealer location is out of date Chas E Footes of London closed down over a year ago and is now located in Bloomsbury.Same for different stores as well.
5. The Nation video content does not load and simply hangs.( iPhone 4/4S ) App has to be quit / closed to access The Nation again.
6. Only a select group of Artists viewable.
