Amazing product and works great! Great battery life and even purchased a 2nd tracker!
useless after one month
became useless after month, I paid in advance for a full year but after one I’m trying to sign in that my credentials don’t match, that is crazy. I tried resetting but I get no link to do so. There is no support phone number for the USA. The service is not even accurate the time that was up, gps was off by approximately 300 feets, sometime showed tracker a location when the item I was tracking was not even there. I this time I can’t recommend this service due to the lack of customer support, I emailed them thru Facebook messenger and get no replied either. For the amount of money this service cost there should someone available to help but I got nothing.

One of the best and most reliable tracking system out there.
After my first device worked so well. I ended up installing in both cars and a boat. The subscription fees is well worth not having the headache if the car is stolen. My neighbors boat got stolen in the middle of the night. My boat sends a loud alarm to my phone if it leaves a geofenced area around my street. I have three hidden and permanently wired units so no battery issues. I’m very pleased and would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to loose their vehicles to scum bag thieves.

Not for USA users
There’s no way to change the units from kilometers to miles. This is the first app I’ve seen with this limitation. I don’t understand why the devices are sold in the US if the app doesn’t support the local units of distance. App is very clunky. You have to pay for a subscription before you can even access the app.

Not working
It just made me update to the new version, and now it won’t work at all. I’ve tried logging in and it tells me my info is incorrect. So I tried resetting my password and I entered my email and it’s not working. It won’t even send me a reset link. I know I have the correct email because I have past emails from the PAJ in my inbox. Total waste of money and time. If this isn’t fixed fast, I won’t be renewing my subscription.

habe den Salind 01 seid Jahren an meiner Ryker und die paar € im Jahr sind allemal das Geld für so viel Zuverlässigkeit wert. Der Austausch von 2G auf 4G hat ohne Probleme geklappt und das auch noch kostenfrei, weiter so 👍🏽

Nutze mehrere GPS Tracker von PAJ seit ü10 Jahren. Davor mehrere getestet, aber zum Schluss war die Genauigkeit und Preis/Leistung von PAJ ausschlaggebend.

En términos generales me gusta. Pero en muchas ocasiones la app se queda bloqueada y no carga . Si no fuera por eso le pondría las 5⭐️

Excelente y preciso.
Llevo más de 4 meses con el dispositivo, por el precio esperaba algo básico, supero mis expectativas, el dispositivo es muy robusto, la batería dura 1 mes, la ubicación en mi caso ha sido muy precisa. Lo que más me gusta el sistema de alertas y zonas de control. Con las alertas Audibles puedo saber solo con el tono cuando sale o entra en mis zonas marcadas sin tener que ver el celular. El registro de los viajes igual muy completo, la renta mensual mucho más barata que los planes básicos de datos de otros proveedores. 100% recomendable .

Fahrtenbuch verbesserungswürdig
Ich nutze die App mit dem Tracker nun fast 2 Jahr hauptsächlich als Fahrtenbuch. Hierbei ist die App weniger intuitiv und die typischen Strecken (Arbeitsweg) werden in der Regel nicht richtig und nicht automatisch zugeordnet. Auch die Dienstfahrten zu Kunden oder für Einkäufe sind wenig intuitiv einzutragen. Tankfahrten oder Tankstopps habe ich bisher überhaupt nicht verstanden. Unverständlich ist auch, warum der Tracker erst bei Bewegung trackt und nicht beim Einschalten der Zündung. Somit sind die Startpunkte oft falsch.
Ich hatte zuvor den Ryd (ehemals Tanktaler) Tracker. Dort hat alles super geklappt. Leider haben die den Tracker und das Fahrtenbuch eingestellt.
Also, kurz, hier ist noch Luft nach oben.

Problème remonter d’alerte
Plus aucune remontée d’alerte depuis deux jours, pourtant rien a été modifié dans les paramètres, peut être dû à la dernière mise à jour.. sinon très bon produit en ma possession depuis un an mais ce manque d’alerte est gênant en cas de vol du véhicule .
New Password Required
Happy with the app for tracking my wayward dog but annoyed that the upgrade on Wednesday included more stringent password requirements. Login just failed with wrong password as my existing password didn’t meet the new criteria. Had to go through forgotten password rigmarole. This was not good as it happened when I was in the middle of a wood with dog off the lead! Why didn’t they email their customer base to forewarn?

Have 3 finders. So disappointed that this app won’t work when I need it to. Password reset has had me going in circles. Having 3 subscriptions already set up, I’m rather hesitant now to commit to the three remaining ones to be set up
